Cons:

Overall the stay was not what we expected based on the photos shown on booking.com. There was a centipede in one of our washrooms which kept coming back.
The power went out in our room for around ~45 minutes with no aircon in the morning and there were a lot of mosquitoes during that time.
The rooms were smaller than pictures.

Also, we booked 3 rooms in total and checked into 2 of the rooms later than the first one. My family (who checked into the first room) mentioned there seemed to be someone in one of the other rooms (which they gave to us later)when they checked in which was around ~7pm. That couldn’t have been cleaning people at that time and that is supposed to be ready for us since 2pm check in . We suspect someone was using our room before we checked in at 12am that night. Overall we felt it was not a safe place.

Pleasant stay and great location
Pros:

I booked a room in Nandhavanam for my parents. It is so close to Dr Kamatchi hospital where my father is consulting a doctor. I really appreciate the staff and management for taking care of my parents during their stay. They have good service to the room. They understood the needs of my parents and served appropriate food, that my parents liked very much. My parents were very appreciative of the management being so polite and helpful. I personally thank everyone who made this stay a relaxing one. Rooms are compact but neatly arranged and bathrooms are clean.

Good Staff. Clean Rooms. But not a Hotel, smaller rooms, its hostel/PG type. Not worth the money
Pros:

Clean room, Good friendly staff. However its not a Hotel, its kind of Hostel/PG. Rooms are very smaller 10x10, apartment was converted into rooms. Not worth the price, RS. 3500 per night is way too much, a 3 star would have costed the same price.
