Locatie is fijn. Zowel met auto als OV ben je snel in Keulen

Cons:

Parkeren is bijna onmogelijk. Je kunt tegen betaling in de openbare stationsgarage terecht, maar dat is wel een stukje lopen met je bagage.

Nice hotel in Troisdorf
Pros:

Location - close to the main train station in Troisdorf. Tasty breakfast for 9,50 euro (it's a pity that it's not included in the room fee). Tea&coffee available in the room.

Cons:

Uncomfortable pillows. For light sleepers might be a bit noisy.

A good stay with a fantastic breakfast!
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast buffet for a very fair price, great location right at the train station and only a few mins walking to the city center, very nice staff, super clean room, comfortable bed, spacious & modern bathroom.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom (from the pipes) was very unpleasant, room was a bit dated, no elevator access to the upper floors (not a problem for us, but important to know!), a bit noisy but not avoidable given the central location.
