Pros:

We enjoyed our two night stay here. We used it as a base to visit Cologne.

The highlight was the breakfast and the friendly staff running the breakfast room.

Cons:

Be aware that there is not a car park; you have to park at the station (which is easy but 500m away). Although this is stated in the description, at first glance it seems there is parking on site.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer und man hat von der Bahn und Straße nichts mitbekommen. Parken ging gut im Parkhaus (24h für 8€). Das Zimmer hatte wirklich alles (Kosmetikspiegel, Kosmetiktücher, Wattepads etc). Es gab eine Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Tütchen Gummibärchen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Man wurde bzgl des Kaffees nett bedient. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war bei den Temperaturen auch hilfreich.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Da ich ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hatte, war es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker- sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Gab nix zu Meckern.

The wonderful staff at Kronprinz were friendly and helpful and assisted us with information and sightseeing ideas. The room was clean and comfortable. I was especially thankful for the extra attention to the tea and coffee service in the room. It felt very luxurious. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel, variety, quality, and presentation. The staff really cares about you and your comfort! If I could give 11, I would.
