Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

No vayan a este lugar- la insolencia de su gerente(a) le hace mal al turismo del valle del elqui.

la verdad es que nos gusto nada de este recinto Milogde elqui Domos-LO MEJOR Y RECOMENDABLE DEL VALLE DEL ELQUI EN RELACION A HOTELERIA Y RESTAURANT "DORYS DE LOURDES.".....ahi te atienden como deben atender al turista que va dejar su dinero a zona.

Cons:

Caro para ser casi $200.000 la noche vs las instalaciones y el trato hacia el pasajero, puntualmente la insolencia y falta de respeto por de parte de la gerenta o dueña.
Tuvimos un problema al llegar al recinto una de las noches y al indicarle nosotros por telefono que necesitabamos de su ayuda,ya que el camino de tierra (tierra muy suelta)en su recinto para llegar a los departamentos que estabamos alojando, siempre fue complicado y al subir con la camioneta no tome el vuelo suficiente para llegar bien a la subida y la camioneta empezo a patinar(traccion delantera) y al suceder esto debi soltar el freno y retroceder ...donde hubo la posibilidad de volcarnos de noche. En el camino no existe ninguna indicacion o delimitacion luminosa del camino de tierra suelta . Al pasar por esta situacion hubieron gritos y discusiones entre mi familia al querer yo sacar la camioneta yo mismo esa noche (cosa que no pude.... solo la luz de las estrellas me iluminaban)-pero al otro dia en vez de empatizar y pedir disculpas por no enviar inmeditamente a alguien esa misma noche, la gerente emplaza y acosa a mi señora señalando que le habian informado otros pasajeros, de gritos en la noche y se atreve a indicar que si habiamos quedado en esa situcion era por que yo el conductor, no sabia manejar y me encontraba borracho(llevo 35 años manejando), a mi nunca nadie me vio, nadie hablo, nadie se acerco a mi persona o familia para indicar que yo estaba en esa condicion, que es digna de una demanda (lo estoy pensando)por injurias y malos tratos, ademas del daño y rayones que sufrio mi camioneta por la malas condiciones del lugar y el camino. Ademas de esto la administracion se va a la 17 hrs del lugar y los pasajeros quedan a la deriva de cualquier necesidad o emergencia que puedan tener durante la noche - la conserjeria no es 24 hrs. Pesimo lugar, les recomiendo sacarlo de booking aparte de no beneficiar al que el turista quiera dejar dejar su dinero en el valle del elqui.

I hope to come back again as this was a dream stay!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and attentive, we even booked the telescope quite last minute but it wasn’t a problem.
The pool is the perfect place to relax, and the nearby towns are great for wandering around, trying pisco and ice cream.
Being able to see the Milky Way from the observatory room bed was a dream!

I would recommend this for a trip to the andes and to star gaze. It is amazing!
Pros:

An amazing experience. You need to book the tour and the observatory. It is like nothing else. The pictures taken were wonderful. We have been there before and it never gets old.

Pros:

Me gustó el domo. Bernardita, la señora que trabaja en la cocina muy amable y preocupada por hacernos sentir bien en el desayuno. El caballero que hace las mantenciones muy amable nos fue a buscar y dejar a Pisco.

Cons:

Lo principal, que no tenga más comidas, cuando hable por teléfono con Ximena me dijo que podrían cocinar, pero cuando pregunte en recepción me dijeron que no tenían cocina y que podía pedir. Fue muy incómodo.
Deberían preocuparse más porque el huésped tenga una buena estadía en el lugar, no solo dejarlos en las habitaciones y listo!

Se ve que fue fantástico alguna vez, ya no.
Pros:

El lugar donde esta el hotel es espectacular, poder mirar las estrellas abriendo el techo del domo fue maravilloso. El desayuno con huevos revueltos recién hechos nos encanto.
El domo tiene lo que necesitas para alojar cómodamente con la familia.

Cons:

Falto hospitalidad, me llamaron 3 veces para confirmar la hora que llegaría y cuando llegamos me pasaron las llaves del domo y me dijeros "es aquel"" nadie nos acompaño ni mostro como sacarle partido al domo.
La ducha tibia, había un Hot tub con el agua verde (parece que hace tiempo no se usaba), lo que alguna vez fue un observatorio, estaba cerrado y roto.
Me dio la idea que el lugar fue fantástico alguna vez.
No lleven maletas con ruedas, no hay como subirlas a tu domo o cabaña

100% recommended. We’d choose this property again.
Pros:

Perfect place to stay. Disconnected from Pisco del Elqui town (10mins driving). The staff and the owner were always nice and ready to assist.

Cons:

Extra outlets in the domos would be perfect for 4 passengers.
