Pros:

It's all about the location for us as it close to most things and has good parking. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful but our room was a bit tired. Good shower and bed is ok, not too hard or soft.

Cons:

Shower spilt alot of water everywhere and was quite small compared to other rooms we've had.

Room was clean upon arrival and everything was pretty much near by

Cons:

Long waiting for check-in and long waiting period for house keeping services. Also they can only provide 2 bottles of water max. And there is no food or bar services on the premise. So as a traveler you're expected to go out if you're hungry or thirsty after a long travel day. Hotel is good but no one will tell you about services they have as they seem like saving on every single expense

A great place to stay and good value.
Pros:

The location was great, but address on Booking.com took us to the wrong hotel. A very nice hotel with a lux feel. Good room sizes and comfortable beds and very clean, so all in all, a great place to stay and good value. Easy walk to the beach or grab a tuk-tuk.

Cons:

Staff a bit rude at book-in time. They also wanted 'cash' deposit which was inconvenient as no ATM nearby. The amount collected (500bht) was not worth the time and effort involved to process it - so they should re-think the process.
