Pros:

No puedo decir algo q me haya maravillado, es correcto, limpio, cómodo y está bastante retirado, ya lo sabía cuando lo elegí eso no es problema. La ubicación es bonita al lado de un arroyo al otro lado no.

Cons:

Se oyen mucho los ruidos de los vecinos, voces, pasos , llantos de bebes...y el desayuno no es muy bueno, no hay ni tostadora ni leche si no la pides y el café es soluble no hay de máquina

Pros:

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле три года назад и были в восторге. Нам всё очень понравилось: и внимательное отношение персонала, и чистота, и вид из окна, и вкусный завтрак (нас угощали тогда таким вкусным салатом табуле, что я больше нигде никогда такого же табуле не пробовала). Были уверены, что все там так же. По крайней мере, цены не изменились.

Cons:

Перемены заметили сразу: никто нам не помог открыть двери (они довольно тяжело открываются). Радушного приветствия у ресепшн тоже не заметили. Ладно... Специально брали номер с балконом, с красивым видом. Хотелось провести время в тишине, насладиться журчанием реки и пением птиц, наконец-то выспаться... Распаковала сумки, хотела вымыть руки, мыла нет. Думаю, ладно, забыли положить. Ничего. В коридоре ходит уборщица, прошу ее занести нам мыло. Пока она "несёт", выхожу я, значит на балкон, начинаю снимать на видео местные красоты. Тут из-за зарослей выезжает экскаватор и начинает валить деревья. Стою в шоке: ещё минуту назад эти деревья снимала на видео. Экскаватор продолжает работать: убирает деревья, разравнивает территорию. Стоит грохот. Я спускаюсь на ресепшн, интересуюсь, сколько времени будет работать техника? - "Часа три!" Что??? Я сказала, что если они сейчас не прекратят, то мы уедем в нормальный отель. Мы приехали отдохнуть. Вырвались на день, специально выбрали "тихое" место, балкон с красивым видом. Администратор позвонила экскаваторщику, тот прекратил работу. Я напомнила про мыло. Сказали, что принесут. Не принесли. Помыли руки гелем для душа. Хотели лечь, отдохнуть с дороги, но чаша терпения переполнилась, когда я увидела постель секонд-хенд. В постели были чужие волосы, дырявые (фиг с этими дырками) пододеяльники запачканы калом, следами от грязной обуви. Я схватила одно из одеял и пошла вниз. Они просто извинились и пришли, заменили постель на чистую. Я не понимаю вообще, что за отношение к гостям??? Что за сервис? Как такое вообще можно допустить?? Как мог некогда приличный отель опуститься до такого уровня? Тогда и цены должны быть соответствующими, чтобы гости знали на что рассчитывать. Кстати. Завтрак тоже оооочень отличался от того, каким нас кормили 3 года назад. После завтрака мы уехали сразу же. Не хотелось тут оставаться ни минутой больше. Да, между прочим, мыло так и не принесли.

Nice decent hotel with a great location.
Pros:

The location and the open terrace. Staff was good, especially Lucy.

Cons:

Kitchen was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast was just some eggs and vegetables with a bread.

Pros:

The location in Dilijan was convenient, and the surrounding area has beautiful natural scenery. Unfortunately, I did not find much else that stood out positively during my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were many things that I did not like about my stay. The hotel was not clean or properly maintained, and there were many reptiles around the property. The exterior areas were poorly maintained, with almost no attention to landscaping or the general appearance of the hotel.

The hospitality and customer service were also very disappointing. We did not feel welcomed or properly taken care of as guests, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to guest needs.

Another major issue was the hotel's refund policy and the way refunds are handled. I am still owed money by the hotel, and despite the amount being due to me, it has not been refunded. The whole process has been extremely frustrating.

Overall, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality, and customer service.

Pros:

Very polite staff, doing absolutely everything to make sure the guests are feeling well. The location next to the river is wonderful. The room was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

Matresses were a little rough, I think a matress cover would be a great addition.
Music in the breakfast area did not match the vibe of an ethnic eco-oriented hotel.
