Location near the main central hub for which I came .easy to hail a taxi . breakfast was his with a nice friendly environment.room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

When I checked in I found 1 staff member was arrogant Nd rude.but other staffs friendliness compensated for her shortcomings

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле, когда бываю в Иу по работе не первый раз.
Вполне нормальный отель за свою стоимость, что бы переночевать 3-4 дня, когда приезжаешь в Иу по работе.
Отличное местоположение, через дорогу 3-ий дистрикт рынка Футьен. 5 минут пешком.
Рядом много кафешек на любой вкус и кошелёк.

Cons:

Вроде придраться не к чему, если объективно оценивать отель в данной ценовой категории.
Номер регулярно убирают, завтрак вполне приличный, но одно и тоже.
Это не пятизвёздочный сетевой отель, а недорогой отель, что бы остановиться и переночевать несколько дней.
