Pros:

宿泊日が混んでいる為、チェックインの時間滞を問う確認電話をいただきました。そのお電話で予約が間違いなく取れていることがわかり安心できました。また、その電話で、(閉所が苦手な為)窓が少しでも開く部屋を希望したら快く対応くださいました。ホテルもきれいで、お部屋も清潔でした。レストランをラウンジ利用できるのも良かったです。また宿泊したいです。

Very clean, good location. They gave us a room overlooking the shinkansen per our request. They helped us send our bags to their sister hotel in the next town via Takyubin.

とても快適で良かったです！！
Pros:

名古屋駅近くて 利便が良かったです。
ホテルの食事はお願いしてませんでしたが
ホテル近くにたくさんの食事処があって
駅にもあるし とても良かったです。

あとホテル自体が 新しくて
全体的に とても綺麗でした。
部屋も広くて 綺麗で快適にすごせました。
