Pros:

駅からも近く、チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂けてとても助かりました。
朝食も名物が色々と頂けて大満足でした。

Feels like a budget hotel, a bit far from the station. The price is good for what you get.
Pros:

The rooms were quite spacey

Cons:

The breakfast was average/poor (good selection but average quality, plus no cold drinks machine, no rice dispenser, etc.)
I don’t mind paying a bit extra for better quality, like the Richmond Morioka branch.
The distance was surprisingly far from the station, was expecting something a bit closer.
The amenities were fewer than the Morioka branch as well, and the air con was slow to get going.

朝食以外は非常に満足！
Pros:

お盆に2泊したのですが、非常に良いホテルでした！

お盆なのでどのホテルも価格が高いところばかりでした。
こちらのホテルは価格が非常に安かったので部屋や施設に不満要素があるのかなと予想していましたが、部屋も綺麗でゆっくりできました。ウォーターサーバーが各階に設置されていることも良かったです。

Cons:

朝食が美味しいと聞いていたので名古屋飯を堪能しようと期待していましたが、食べたいものがほとんど残っておらず残念でした。
お盆で人が多いのはわかるのですが、ビュッフェで食べたいものが8時半頃になくなっている状況は価格と釣り合っていないと感じました。
最後に天むすを作ってくれた方がいたので少し救われました。非常に美味しい天むすでした。
