Great quiet location and very comfortable room.

The staff here was absolutely amazing — they welcomed us with open arms and provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. The manager and team were incredibly friendly and accommodating of every request, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the rooftop dinner they organized for us as the sun was setting; it was absolutely magical. They even decorated a dinner table for our group of nine, and the food was incredibly tasty. The chef personally came out to greet us, which added such a warm, personal touch and truly enhanced the entire evening.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views in every direction, including a clear view of Coconut Tree Hill Beach — just a short walk away. Between the scenery, the hospitality, and the thoughtful attention from both the staff and management, this stay became one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip.

If you’re in Mirissa, consider staying at this small, very personal boutique hotel. It feels light‑years away from a Marriott or any kind of corporate experience — warm, intimate, and full of heart. We had a lovely stay, and the combination of great location, amazing people, and unforgettable moments made it truly special. This was hands down one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip!

Location is very good, presidential lux with best view to the ocean and sunset. Near hotel 2 surf spots. Trip to Weligama by tuk-tuk takes 12 min. In Mirrisa a lot of good restaurants.

The property was great!
The best thing about it was the access to the pool and its own beach frontage. The day beds had a great view of coconut beach, and you could walk along the beach front to get to it, and the other way to parrot rock.
The room was generously sized and well appointed.
The staff were extremely helpful and dedicated. We had breakfast included, though I will say there are so many great food options around too.
The location was great! We chose the location so that we weren’t disturbed by late night bar music. It was close enough to the prime spots, sometimes opting for very short tuk tuks that are seemingly always readily available.

Highly recommended this property.

Very nice hotel and friendly helpful staff

We stayed in the double de luc sea view room, and it was lovely — very spacious, modern, and with fantastic sea views. Around the pool area, you also get amazing views of Coconut Tree Hill and the sunset. Turtle Bay is very close as well, which is a great location bonus.

Everything! We were initially worried about booking this hotel based on early reviews but it was exceptional! The rooms were large and very clean. The views were incredible. The location was excellent, next door to the sunset bar and coconut tree hill
