Pros:

The room and bathroom were both clean and looked as advertised. The bed was comfortable. Sound isolation is good, no noise from the outside. The location is amazing for tourists to see the essentials, also a great hub for transportation.

Cons:

The only downside was that some of the other guests were noisy and the inside walls are not that thick.
