Pros:

Modernes, aber trotzdem gemütliches kleines Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Sehr angenehm ein Bad mit ausreichend Ablageflächen. Beleuchtung so, dass Lesen im Sitzbereich möglich und Schläfer trotzdem nicht gestört wird. Perfekte Lage für Bahnreisende, aber Bahnlärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht hörbar.

Cons:

Wenn man denn Nachteile suchen will: Die Treppe ist ziemlich steil und mit schweren Koffern vermutlich nicht so leicht zu überwinden.. Und der Obstsalat beim Frühstück ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sauer. Aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden...

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, neben dem Eingang. Dadurch war die Geräuschbelästigung durch an- und abfahrende Autos und durch Raucher neben dem Eingang recht hoch.
Das Bad war sehr klein. Es bedarf dringend einer Erneuerung.

Excellent stay overall, would visit again.
Pros:

Very polite staff, neat & clean, comfortable bed and great view from the balcony room. They refilled tea bags & the minibar regularly, great cleaning room service. And the complimentary spa area was so so relaxing :) Breakfast was also very tasty and nice selection. Hotel is a few mins walk from train station and has nice restaurants close by.

Cons:

The apartment house has only two floors so it's not an issue but just good to know that it doesn't have a lift (or at least i did not see one) so you have to carry up the luggage. Niebull is overall windy so at night, the wind can slightly make a little noise with the room doorknob. I'd also like if they can add indoor slippers to the rooms alongwith other facilities.
