Quiet location but needs better maintenance and breakfast quality.
Pros:

I appreciated the location because it was quiet, which was the main thing I needed. The map point was incorrect, and there was almost no internet — only weak 3G. Fortunately, the host was very kind, came out to meet me, and I’m grateful for that. The house was simple but had everything I needed, mainly a bed and peace away from the road noise, unlike other places on the main road that cost twice as much. For one night it was enough. However, the breakfast was disappointing compared to other places I stayed in Turkey — even cold French fries were served, which I don’t eat. I think some basic quality standards should be observed.

Cons:

Some things should not be overlooked. For example, the smoke detector in the corridor was beeping all night — it just needed a new battery. The toilet seat was loose and not fixed. A few details felt poorly maintained. On the positive side, there were clean towels, extra pillows, and blankets, so overall it was fine. I think more attention to these small details would make the stay much more pleasant. Thank you.

مكان جميل وعائلة أجمل .. تعيش جو عائلي ..
عبارة عن بيت عائلة وبه غرف بالأعلى ولكن مصان بشكل ممتاز وإطلالة رائعة على مزارع الشاي ..وقريب من النهر.. إفطارهم جدا ممتاز تعده ربة المنزل بشكل فندقي راقي .. نتمنى لأبنائهم التوفيق كأنوا في الخدمة دائما وخاصة البنت الصغيرة مريم...شكرا عائلة الاخ كمال .🌷🌷

Superb
Pros:

The stay was excellent and I would like to thank Mr. Kamal’s family for the hospitality. We felt like we were living among our family. The location is exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we will definitely stay there again if we visit Trabzon in the future
