峨眉山和院一溪清音酒店

This was a stunning serenely peaceful location with vista views of the steep lower wooded slopes of Mt Ermeishan without any other trace of civilisation to be seen. 180 degree views both from our floor to ceiling bedroom window and from the dining area with its alfresco seating under the persimmon laden trees interspersed with low-light Chinese lanterns in the evening. Quiet, no road or other noise. Very attentive and helpful staff with personal touch. Luxurious robes and a bath mat that was deep thick and fluffy - the sort of little up scale luxury addition. A short 50 meter walk up behind gteh hotel to catch the shuttle bus to go up to the cable car for the ride up to Mt Ermeishan. As we came down the mountain from a very hard days hiking up and down steps, a phone message to the hotel, and immediately we had crossed the portals we were shown to an outside dinner table set with pristine white table cloth, and our requested meal aserved as we sat down rrived as we sat down to a lovely meal. A restful luxurious stay that was very well priced.

Excellent location, exceptional customer service! Very easy to check in, the reception staff friendly and very helpful. We had everything we needed and the service was great. Every spot seemed perfect for resting. It felt like home. Special thank you to the hotel Manager for his professionalism. Highly recommended. Would love to come back.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful location, excellent views ,super friendly staff! Food was great and we got free fruits after our walk. Also free pick-up and drop-off at the train station.

L’établissement est tout neuf, il sort de terre! Seule la piscine n’était pas terminée. Le repas était extrêmement.bon et le choix des plats remarquables. Extra !!!

Hotel excepcional en un entorno idílico, rodeado de montañas y junto al río. De reciente inauguración, habitaciones, domóticas personal muy amable y atento nada más llegar nos abrieron un canal de conversación en WeChat donde nos proporcionaban información y nos preguntaban qué necesitábamos. Cenamos los dos días en el restaurante comida con platos típicos de la zona. El mejor Hot Pot que hemos probado durante nuestros 15 días en China. Nos sorprendieron con una habitación llena de globos y fruta debido a nuestro viaje de compromiso. Lo recomendamos y volveremos si regresamos a China.

This hotel is simply incredible. The views all around are out of this world – waking up to such scenery felt like a dream. The location is perfect, honestly, I don’t think it could be better. Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were just wonderful – always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt very personal and relaxed. Truly a fantastic place, with great people in an unforgettable setting. I wish I could have stayed longer – it really doesn’t get better than this!
