My 2nd time here. The manager is why. Great guy. No hot water, but may get a few rooms in the future with hw for people like me that need it.

Bienvenido a Veracruz de Panamá
Pros:

Un lugar acogedor, à 15 minutos de la ciudad de Panamá, habitaciones cómodas, personal de la Recepción y del restaurante muy atentos, buena señal de wifi, amplios estacionamientos, todas las formas de pago (tarjeta, Yappi y efectivo), accesibilidad física, muchos restaurantes de playa cerca.

Cons:

Revisiones de las split en fines de semana y feriados no disponible, el volumen del televisor muy bajo, servicio de reparacion del cielorraso tampoco disponible fines de semana.

Staff is rude after they make a mistake, didn't own up to it.
Cons:

The bed was very squeaky, the shower had flies all over.
They locked up the doors of the hotel at night and we had to find a way to get out because we had a show to attend. When we came back it was locked again and we couldn't get in. We banged on doors, rang doorbell, called and wrote and no one answered.
We had to sleep un the car for 2 hrs until I called again and seems like we woke them up. The staff was rude and unfriendly after that.

Cons:

Es publicidad engañosa. Te hacen pensar que esta muy bien ubicado en playa bonita y no es cierto. Tampoco está cerca del aeropuerto como dicen. Tuve que salir para el aeropuerto sin bañarme porque no había agua. No hay restaurante ni playa cerca.
