Pros:

The hotel is located off from the main tourist streets, so it was relatively quiet. However, there was a construction site next to the hotel, and on the first night I could not sleep because the work continued from midnight until 5 a.m. I informed the manager, Mr. Rabin, who was also surprised since regulations require construction to stop by 9 p.m. He kindly raised the issue with the local authorities and also moved me to a larger, quieter room on the other side of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, especially the coffee.

This was my third stay. This time, there was one sleepless night due to construction on the building across the street, but it wasn't due to the hotel's construction, so it was okay. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. I would like to stay here again next time.

Great help from Rabin, the manager about the trekking. Very available and experienced person in the matter! I would totally recommend him and Devo Boutique Hotel. Staff was great. Location very good, walking distance to many restaurants and fun places.

Feels like home in Kathmandu
Pros:

Devo Hotel quickly became my little home in Kathmandu. What makes this place special is the warmth of the people—everyone on the staff is genuinely kind and attentive, and you can feel they truly care about the guests.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the food is always delicious, and the location is perfect: close to everything but in a quiet area where you can really rest.

Places like this are rare. Every time I come back to Kathmandu, this is where I will stay.
