Nice welcoming lobby. The centre of the corridor has been designed with calm & greenery .

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The air-conditioning worked well. The security guards at the front of hotel are friendly and helpful. Front of house staff and breakfast buffet staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are too small. Our room did not look like the advertised room photo at all. We had a huge pillar taking up half the living space. There were no sliding doors leading to the balcony. We only had a small side door. The room was advertised as 41 sqm, but rooms are maybe only half that size. I suspect they are including the balcony in the square footage, which no other hotel anywhere does. The rooms are so small, it felt like I was sleeping in a cupboard. The beds were comfortable but are simply too small. There are not enough power sockets in the room. The room was dirty. Long lady's hair on the floor everywhere. Room had definitely not been vacuumed between guests. Bathroom is small, cramped and awkward. Shower water pressure was adequate, but the water is very slow to drain. Breakfast was a very small and basic selection, and what was on offer, was not really great. I did not feel we got value for money at 360 ringgit per night.

Houseflies at check in counter and cafe are rather off putting.
Carpet in common area is stained and dirty, looks like never been vacuumed during our 4 nights stay.

Leider sehr unfreundlich beim Checkout.
Wollte eine Rechnung für meine Übernachtung haben. Aber die Dame am Schalter meinte, sie wäre dafür nicht verantwortlich und es gäbe keine Rechnung, obwohl sie lt. heutiger Auskunft von booking sogar dazu verpflichtet sind. Schade!

Very comfortable stay during my remote working, excellent customer service
Pros:

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, superb housekeeping

Cons:

Poor WIFI connection for conference call via MS Teams as it frequently dropped out during my call session. OK for general browsing only.

Better than expected
Pros:

New facilities, decent if unexceptional breakfast, eager-to-please staff (maybe a bit too eager), variety of cafe/restaurant options + convenience store within the building, very large room with good unobstructed view of part of Seremban

Cons:

No walkability beyond the building (to be fair this is a Seremban, and by extension, a Malaysia issue, not a hotel problem), only 1 key card provided for the room, room and toilet build quality don't look like they'll last

Great Facilities, Service Warmth Can Be Improved
Pros:

Arena Premier Hotel is relatively new in Seremban, but I would consider it the best place to stay in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good selection, making the overall stay very pleasant.

Cons:

The friendliness of the check-in staff could be improved. This was my second visit, and the overall impression was that they were simply doing their job, without the warmth or personal touch that would elevate the guest experience.
