Would be good to have a free laundry available. Does not make sense to have ironing in an open space on each floor. Better to have the ironing facility in a Laundry Room

The executive suite was well appointed and met our family’s needs. The shops located in the adjacent mini mall provided a good variety of F&B options.
Arena Premier Hotel is a nice boutique hotel in Seremban that's clearly designed with business travellers in mind. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but it's located next to a large convention centre that seems to host many events, especially for healthcare organisations and private hospitals.
Check-in was smooth, although a deposit is required. If you're paying by credit card, they simply record your card details instead of charging the deposit, which I found quite convenient.
We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, and despite being one of the more affordable room categories, it was surprisingly spacious. The amenities were complete, and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the selection wasn't huge, it was more than sufficient for the price and had a good variety of local and Western options.
The highlight of the stay has to be the hospitality. Every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even the security guards greeted us whenever we walked past the parking area, regardless of the time of day. Speaking of parking, there are plenty of parking spaces, so finding a spot was never an issue.
The hotel doesn't have facilities like a swimming pool or other family-oriented amenities, so it's more suitable for business travellers than families on holiday. Also, rooms with a proper queen or double bed are noticeably more expensive, while most of the standard room options come with twin beds.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot shower and good water pressure. Not sure why the bad breakfast reviews - spread was good and adequate choices.

A little far from town
It was clean, quiet and comfortable and well located .
Clean room, hot water supply. It has many many shops. There was places u can go to for dinner, there were places to buy snacks, there were places to sit and enjoy live music. The room had a nice view and was spacious. The sunrise from the hotel was wonderful.
No places to play- table tennis table or pool table..
