Not worth for the amount paid.
Pros:

Staff was ok.

Cons:

Pathetic service
Cons:

Toilet , water is not draining out, service is too bad, my expectation before was good now it's not even equivalent to local lodge.
Even booked before a day, by giving the arrival time, room was not ready to occupy. Next day my friend came and have to wait for 2 hours. It's so bad.

Nice spacious new hotel but it has a list of issues to fix.
Pros:

Again, a very amiable staff at the restaurant. Enjoyed speaking to Amit and Hrishikesh about attentive service at the restaurant. Had veggie drumsticks/ghoda masala for lunch and cashew dish for dinner. They are going all out to attend to the guests. The black tea with lemon and gur( indian molasses) was an excellent drink. Attached photos of both dishes.

Cons:

Completely screwed up internet service...like Ashoka in Rameswaram. Reception placed the blame on ISP. Internet cnecn in the room deplorable. Was excellent in the restaurant. Restaurant does not open for breakfast till 8 am. I had to leave the hotel before 7 am because of the restaurant/breakfast issue. The receptionist hd a " take it or leave it" attitude when I checked out. He had to be woken up to do my ck out!!! Bhimashankar Temple devotees have time sche to reach the temple early.

Ac was not cooling. Rooftop restaurant had poor quality food and service.

It was a good stay, the staff has to be further be trained in being more pro towards the Guest
Pros:

Normal breakfast, nothing worth to shout about. Yogesh the front office staff was really good.

Cons:

Even for extra water they charge which is not justified, after all it's only water which the guest is asking for to quench his thirst. This really has taken me on a back foot

Well not worth if you are paying more than 3000
Pros:

Hotel rooms were clean and tidy and I liked the interiors aswell

Cons:

Had paid for breakfast , there was no buffet and no Ala karte was given and the staff said you can order out of 5 items which was very basic like masala dosa ,idli, upma,and bread omelet. Was treated like a local hotel. And more over asked staff for menu he said they don't have. I paid extra for breakfast which was waste . The staff needed to continuously reminded for even a water bottle . After 6 calls and I had to go to lobby for a water bottle . So stay wise hotel was very good cause it was a new property rest everything was horrible.
