Pros:

The rooms are very nice and clean. The property itself is in a good location - a 20 minute walk to the center of town. Alexander at the front desk is very welcoming and receptive.

Отличный отель, приятная атмосфера, тихо, уютно, чисто, красиво, вежливый гостеприимный персонал, вс не высшем уровне.

Cons:

Не то чтобы не понравилось, просто было бы удобно положить тряпку для пола, чтобы можно было вытереть пол после парилки, душа или ванной.

One day before the check out they did not even bother to client the room or give fresh towels, that was very disappointing and when asked why it was not done to the staff they were not ready to answer , when they change for the day expectation is get basic cleaning and fresh towels , that’s not too much to ask for ???

Pros:

The rooms were maintained well and were all the facilities were up to the mark. The mini garden adds to the warmth of the place. The host is very helpful and available at all times. Would highly recommend this place!

Очень красивый дом, новый. Номер с хорошим ремонтом, красиво украшен к новому году. Есть даже большая елка)
Ухоженная территория, есть своя парковка. Оплатить можно картой.

Cons:

Бронировала номер на 4х человек, но букинг почему-то указал 3х (1 ребенок бесплатно) - это, конечно хорошо, но - ему тоже нужно спальное место, т.к. ему 11 лет) При этом, я уточнила двуспальный ли диван - но оказалось, что нет. В итоге, мы там двух людей все-таки уместили, но это прям тесно. Так что имейте в виду, что номер все-таки на 3х человек, а не на 4х.

Best Apart Hotel!
Pros:

Home feel, well decorated and modern. Owner Alex was very helpful throughout ..brought our food delivery up and helped called us a cab to the airport. Lucky we experienced snow in Almaty!

Cons:

Nothing. All was perfect!
