The Best Stay of My 2-Month Southeast Asia Journey!
I have been traveling through Southeast Asia for nearly two months, and this hotel is hands down the best accommodation I’ve experienced so far. If you are visiting Siem Reap, this is a place you can choose without any hesitation.
I stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was absolutely flawless:
Rooms: Very spacious, airy, and designed to make you feel truly relaxed.
Cleanliness: The hotel is impeccably clean; the housekeeping standards are perfect.
Location: It’s a rare find—perfectly located close to the city center, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful.
Service & Hospitality: The staff are exceptionally helpful with everything. A special mention goes to the owner/manager, who personally oversees every detail to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.
This is a fantastic hotel that offers a serene escape in the heart of Siem Reap. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay!
Very nice staff and a nice pool area! Convenient location and great value for money. Beds were comfortable, wifi and AC worked well. There was a safety box in the room. They organized the airport transfers for us.
We asked if we could pay our transfer with 100 USD bill and they agreed, but it turned out they did not have change in reality which proved a bit difficult for us. The floor was a bit dirty.
Rien
What made my stay extra special was the exceptional service and the amazing staff. I work in the hospitality industry, I am very particular when it comes to service standards and the team at MAISON SAIKO truly took it to the next level.
Thank you to all the staff, especially Phanit. He was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with such a positive and welcoming vibe every time he saw us. The owner was also very down to earth and genuinely hospitable, which made our stay even more memorable.
Kudos to the entire team. More power to your hotel! I will definitely check in here again when I return to Cambodia. I 100% recommend this place.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. We would use the pool and they’d bring us iced water and towels. Greet us Everytime we came in. Even drove us to get money exchanged. Genuinely have never experienced customer service like it in a hotel before. The room was fantastic and the bed was HUGE. Also the dog is such a cutie
The aircon took a while to kick in but it was more than fine. There were a few ants in the room but it was so minimal and the hotel was so good that it didn’t bother us. We didn’t say anything but I’m sure if we had said something they would have helped as they really were doing everything they could to make the trip as nice as possible.
Staff was pleasant and pool was beautiful.
Staff were super friendly. The owner was also helpful if we ever needed anything. The property was cozy, and the pool was nice too!
Saiko (hotel dog) was a pleasant surprise to greet us when coming down the stairs in the morning!
View from the room was a bit blocked by the bars on the windows.
Great location for Siem Reap Centre but in a quiet road with no noise or traffic at night. The owner, Gregory, could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were superb and the price unbelievably inexpensive.
Nothing
The location of the hotel was good as it was quiet in the night and still walking distance to the city centre.
Our room was big and very clean.
The breakfast was too small. You could only choose one item from the menu.
The aircon was not adjustable.
It would be great to have a hanging rack for towels in the bathroom.
Very beautiful little hotel, around the corner from central area:) They have a pool and also indoor pond with koi fish. Room is pretty with beautiful bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfest very tasty and freshly made. Coffee is with the highest quality and done very correctly:) This hotel has very very good value for money, I recommend 100%!
Everything was perfect!
C'était parfait. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre. Climatisation et wifi ok. Accueil sympathique.
Very nice and quiet Oasis. Super staff, owner and his dog.
A recommander
