Good hotel, with a bar nearby, all staff really friendly. I Highly reccomend this hotel. Possible Late Check out. Big room.
Breakfast was not good, only Toast Bread, no water, only watermelone juice or Tee or coffee.
Very few choices. What ever they served was good.

Absolutely nothing
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room itself is unclean and unkept. There’s multiple stains on the wall and they have a terrible damp issue. The smell is beyond disgusting. The towels are stained, extremely used and unusable due to the lack of hygiene. Asked for new towels at reception and the towels like the previous ones were in a terrible state.The room has clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The pillows were yellow stained and ripped. There is a bucket in the shower which is stained brown. Limestone marks all over the shower cubicle. When we left the hotel for the day, there was no turnover. And we were locked out of our room. There were tiny bugs in the bed when we first arrived. Considered changing rooms, however, we came as a group and the rest of our friends had the same issue - one of the rooms was infested with ants.
There is a bright ceiling light that is not able to be turned off (same situation with our friend’s rooms!). The photos do not look anything like reality. All surfaces are greasy and unhygienic. The phone in the room has a thick layer of yellow film - truly disgusting. The food is average at best and took a long time to come despite only asking for a sandwich. Extremely difficult to communicate with staff due to language barrier. Fridge does not work. Cannot hang clothes in wardrobe due to horrendous smell. Safe not fixed when reported. The WIFI does not work!! 1 used roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days - asked for some more toilet paper and it arrived with brown splattered spots all over. On the checkout they tried to charge us for someone else’s room expenses - they actively disputed with us regarding the charge. We were relieved to leave. Please refrain from staying here.

We were disappointed that nobody told us that there is a construction site at the moment. The hotel lobby does not exist, you have to walk through dirt. The shower was not very clean, also the walls in the dining hall are quite dirty.
Overall I liked the hotel. Staffs were very nice. Rooms were good. Food was good too.
Bed sheets and blankets could have been better. Bathrooms could have been stain free. For the price you are charging, we get other hotels there in Thodupzha with this kind of cleanliness with less charge. I booked this hotel with great expectation to stay in a clean room. It was overall clean, but not wat we expect from the pictures and they had such good review.
Limited items, but good Kerala style breakfast.
