Wonderful setting and comfortable room
No European food
Modern hotel close to airport! Staff were very helpful. Very clean with good breakfast.
We had arranged pick up from the airport with the hotel and waited for an hour ! No contact from the hotel. We had to get help from someone at the airport who rang the hotel for us and they said to get a taxi & they would refund the fare when we got to the hotel - which they did. We discovered that the pick up driver was not working that day! A message from the hotel advising us of this & that they would refund taxi fare would have saved us some stress and a long wait! This is the only reason for the less than 10 score.

100% recommended. They waited for us at the airport until our flight arrived after 11 pm. Upon arrival at the hotel, they greeted us and offered a complimentary snack. The room was simple but comfortable. It has everything you need. Close to the airport. Simple breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff.
Very comfortable room with all amenities. Nice view from the window. Very good breakfast included (but only Chinese food as a choice). Reasonable price. We got welcome drinks and recommendations where to come - very nice and helpful personnel.

Loved the interior design of the hotel, the beautiful room. Great smelling shampoo and soap, lovely free tea. I enjoyed walking around the lake in front of the hotel, seeing the plants and animals - a very relaxing scenery for arriving in shenzhen. Appreciated the pick up service! And was surprised with free meals that were delicious and balanced. Perfect way to start my China trip.
Хорошие сотрудники отеля, готовые всегда оказать вам помощь. Трансфер предоставляют от и до аэропорта. Трансфер вас может забрать даже в 02.00 часа ночи. ( У нас задержали рейс, поэтому прилетели так поздно).
Завтраки и обеды совсем не понравились. Голодным не останешься, но лучше пойти в кафе, которое находится поблизости. Номера на любителя. В номере все очень просто, нет холодильники и телевизора.
Ben ubicada a prop de l'aeroport. Teníem un vol al matí i havíem d'estar a les 6:30 a l'aeroport, així que vam buscar un lloc situat a prop i amb transport. Amb el preu, no només entrava l'esmorzar, ens entraven tots els apats del dia. Com que marxàvem abans de l'hora d'esmorzar, ens van preparar una bossa amb alguna coseta per picar. I el transport a l'aeroport va ser perfecte, ràpid i molt puntual.
The hotel was clean, close to the airport, arranging airport shuttle was easy. Toiletries were nice, room was simple but we only stayed for a night so was suitable for our needs. Local to restaurants and shops, staff were helpful. Breakfast was included and free water was provided.
Only Chinese breakfast was offered, not much variety but was ok for 1 night.
