100% recommended. They waited for us at the airport until our flight arrived after 11 pm. Upon arrival at the hotel, they greeted us and offered a complimentary snack. The room was simple but comfortable. It has everything you need. Close to the airport. Simple breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff.

Very comfortable room with all amenities. Nice view from the window. Very good breakfast included (but only Chinese food as a choice). Reasonable price. We got welcome drinks and recommendations where to come - very nice and helpful personnel.

Loved the interior design of the hotel, the beautiful room. Great smelling shampoo and soap, lovely free tea. I enjoyed walking around the lake in front of the hotel, seeing the plants and animals - a very relaxing scenery for arriving in shenzhen. Appreciated the pick up service! And was surprised with free meals that were delicious and balanced. Perfect way to start my China trip.

Ben ubicada a prop de l'aeroport. Teníem un vol al matí i havíem d'estar a les 6:30 a l'aeroport, així que vam buscar un lloc situat a prop i amb transport. Amb el preu, no només entrava l'esmorzar, ens entraven tots els apats del dia. Com que marxàvem abans de l'hora d'esmorzar, ens van preparar una bossa amb alguna coseta per picar. I el transport a l'aeroport va ser perfecte, ràpid i molt puntual.

The hotel was clean, close to the airport, arranging airport shuttle was easy. Toiletries were nice, room was simple but we only stayed for a night so was suitable for our needs. Local to restaurants and shops, staff were helpful. Breakfast was included and free water was provided.

Location is great. And it is very eco-friendly.

It was a very different hotel experience. It was very pleasant to walk by the lake within the site where the hotel is located. Also, the hotel's proximity to the airport is a great advantage. It is very successful in terms of cleanliness and the hotel's breakfast is very rich and has a traditional Chinese taste. If you want to go to the city center by metro, you can go to the metro stop after a 10-minute walk and go anywhere you want in Shenzhen. The city's metro infrastructure was also quite extensive.

Their reception team is great , they patiently helped to resolve all my queries . They organised a taxi to pick me up and drive back to the airport. I loved the location , the building , and the room they gave to me and a Feng shui park around the building. I wish I stayed there for longer! I loved the breakfast too , I wish I took a photo of dishes names so that I can find it elsewhere.

*** for travellers taking a taxi , use this address: “Taihuawutongdao southeast gate” otherwise it might not be easy for a driver to find the entrance .

A taxi from the airport is 27yuan. And a taxi to the Center : 40-100 yuan depending on a distance and time of the day .

The room was nice enough, comfy beds and we liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The toiletries were really nice, and had everything we needed in the room. There was some calligraphy practising papers in the room too which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, typical Chinese breakfast with dumplings, noodles, sweet potatoes and vegetables. The reception area was comfortable and there are books to rent as well as a piano. The location is fine for the airport, we wanted to be near for our flight hope so it was perfect and the hotel offered a free shuttle to take us. Staff were helpful and friendly and communicated using Google translate. We didn't explore the area too much because we only had 1 day so can't comment. There is also a gym downstairs below the hotel where you can pay to use it for the day.
