Oh wow. Where to begin? For starters, there was no one at the front desk for check-in. At first glance, the whole place appeared to be abandoned. I had to ask people around the town square where I might find any staff. Apparently, there was a sign left in the window stating to visit a neighboring property to retrieve the keys, but the sign was behind textured glass and was nearly illegible. Next, (I take partial responsibility for not taking into account the religious nature of the hotel)... expect creepy catholic paraphernalia from a different era. Lastly, the construction started right outside of our window at 7:00am. I could've touched the tools. I'm not sure why they didn't give us a different room since the hotel seemed mostly empty. The breakfast food looked good, but was barely edible. Overall, this is the creepiest hotel stay I've experienced, and definitely the noisiest. I half expected a scene from The Exorcist. At 86 Euro a night (sooo over priced!), just spend a few extra bucks to stay at a nicer place.

Er skønt lille hotel, beliggende roligt midt i byen med udsigt til de imponerende kirker i en valfartsby med meget speciel stemning.
