コストを抑えて連泊するのにおすすめです
Pros:

安価で広く、ツインベッドでくつろぐことができました。冷蔵庫やコンロ、電子レンジなど部屋の滞在に役立つ設備があります。すぐ近くにスーパーもあるため連泊には助かりました。

Cons:

全体的に清潔ですが、床が砂かほこりのようなものでざらざらしていました。

Cons:

The advertisement portrayed the room as very spacious. The photos were shot in a way to make the room look very big and very spacious. It was actually very very small with barely any space to move around. Very deceptive and dishonest.
The tiny fridge had a pool of water in it dripping down the floor. I was asked to place a towel in front of the fridge to soak the water. I was expecting courtesy items like a small container of sugar, couple of tea bags etc which I had in a guest house at Osaka before moving to Sendagi. Instead of 3 beds they can install one bunk bed to create some space.

Good location and good staff, clean and has good security.
Pros:

This is a self-checked in hotel with code that is sent through email. No onsite staff to assist but they answer right away when asked in the email. The location is good, only ten minutes away from the train station (the JR Line) near Nisshi-Nippori JR Line. The room is clean. There are microwave which we always used for breakfast, with ref and stove. There is a private bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, tissue, big towels and mini-towels. They also have hair dryer, another plus for us girls.haha!

Lock in the room is secured. I love staying in the balcony in the morning and in the evening to see the city view. We even asked for one hour extension in our last day because we will still go to Mega Donki in Shibuya to buy more items and they granted our request. Thanks!

Overall, we had a good stay and I highly recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

Cons:

There's a little space in getting to the balcony outside the room and no bidet in the bathroom. But that's not a big deal.

We would stay there again if in town.
Pros:

Very close to stations and grocery stores. Nice part of town. Easy access to most parts of the city.

Cons:

Nothing major, but picture online does not match room received. Place slightly small but one has to be realistic as it is Tokyo.

Feels Like a Home Away from Home
Pros:

Clean and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The space is insufficient for three people and their large luggage.

The place is already perfect to stay after a tiring tour in Tokyo however, A bit distant from the train station. 15 minutes' walk to Nappori Station.

To save space, I suggest using a modern double deck bed with an additional pull-out bed.

It would be better to take nishi nippori Station.
Pros:

Overall the place not bad just a bit old of the building, but with such cost quite competitive.

Cons:

Just the wc cover unlike hotel with warm tech. 😅

Pros:

Value for money considering it is in Tokyo. Enough space to open 2 large luggages.

Cons:

It was raining most days we were in Tokyo and the room was quite humid in general though it does have an air conditioner

Amazing experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! The area is local but still close to 3 train stations (Nippori , Nishi Nippori and Sendagi). The guesthouse it's self had many facilities including a cooking area and desk space for those who want to work. Overall the staff were also super helpful and let us leave our luggage before our check in time. What I especially liked about this guesthouse was the cleanliness in the bathroom and bedding area. Would love to come here again!!

Do the job!!!
Pros:

Close to everything!!! Super market, little restaurant. The small kitchen really helps when you travel with kids.

Cons:

The apartment has a small balcony and the door was super easy to open from the inside. Just a simple lock, for us traveling with a little one was very dangerous.
