It is just nxt to the Zoo
Amazing food, staff was always helpful, big parking, valet also.
Breakfast was tasty and main thing there swimming pool was nice

Untrained staff let loose to trouble guests
Pros:

Rooms are ok for the price

Cons:

Staff has no training and sent in to trouble guests so vacation mood gets spoiled. Chef does NOT know how to make pancake. So that should be removed from menu. Stick to basics. Pay staff nicely. Hold regular trainings. So you don’t lose clients

Excellent Stay

Excellent Stay at Prominence Mussoorie

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Right in the center of all activities and great scenery.

The room was spacious, clean and fresh with a large bed. The service at the front desk and the catering were excellent as usual, and the staff made my stay a pleasant one.

I needed to change my flight bookings, Mr. Ravindra Chauhan, Executive Assistant Manager, assisted me through even if it was not this responsibility. Thank you Sir for your professional and courtesy.

Buffet meals were excellent with Hi-tea served.

Whenever I return to visit the area, I will definitely make this place my base for my further travels into the North of Uttarakhand.
