Magnificent
Pros:

The manager was very friendly and took care of every detail.
The room was magnificent: spotless, well equipped and nicely decorated. The bathroom was brand new and hot water & pressure were perfect.
The hotel is well located in a very touristic area, surrounded by countless restaurants and stores. It's 50 meters from the Tramway station 'KUMKAPI' and 1 km from the Blue Mosque.
I recommend it (high value for a low price).

Had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The property was clean with all the amenities. It was close to T6 tram station. The staff, especially the owner was very helpful.
Owner was in touch all the time

Cons:

The basement room and toilet was a little congested. We were offered the upper floor room by the owner next day but we declined.
Overall good for the value paid

The room was clean and equipped with all i need for my stay and it was close to touristic places

Cons:

I wish it had an elevator but most of the hotels in Istanbul don’t have one so it’s not the hotel issue

最高　　イスタンブールに来た時はまた泊まりたい

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta szállás. A szállásadó rendkívül segítőkész volt. A lakás jól felszerelt, minden megvolt, amire szükségünk volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudjuk.

Ein kleiner feiner Hotel zum empfehlen und ausserdem 60 meter weit vom Zugbahnhof
Sehr freundlicher Personal das für alle Probleme Lösungen hatte
Sogar für einen Zahnarztnotfall um 23 Uhr
