Hotel Duomo was an amazing place to stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect! The hospitality and service was beyond expectations. I was only there two days but the desk people made you feel so comfortable and safe.

Cons:

Room was on the main floor so it was a little noisy in the morning.

Pros:

As a solo traveler it was nice to find a reasonably priced single room in such a perfect location. Excellent service and a really good full breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small but I should not complain for the price.

Pros:

The location was excellent. We booked the room 1 hour ahead of time and were able to walk right into our lovely room at 9AM because it was available. The staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

There was nothing about the property we didn't like. We just didn't like that the Duomo had scaffolding on the side we were staying.

The staff, the location, the hospitality, is unmatched. Recommend for those that don’t mind the high foot traffic.
Pros:

Location, location, location!!

Cons:

Noise outside on the weekend lasted until 5am. The hotel has almost no control over it since it is a popular socializing district. In my younger years without a family it would have been perfect. With young children, not so much.

Excellent hotel, location and facilities with helpful staff.
Pros:

We booked a superior room which was great and a standard room. The standard room was a little small for two people. However the facilities in the room were very good. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. Free tea/coffee, biscuits and gelato was a nice treat! Location was amazing. Overall we had an excellent stay and would stay here again.

Best location for a solo single room.
Pros:

Perfect single room for a solo with a balcony.The room was tiny but it was organized so well space wise that it was perfect for me even with 2 checked bags and a carry on.
Perfect location.
Friendly staff and free gelato,coffee,pastries.
I had the perfect comfy bed and best sleep.

Cons:

For the price I paid,I feel free breakfast should have been included in my booking.

Cons:

La habitación parecía un sótano, estaba debajo de la recepción y se escuchaban pasos todo el día y parte de la noche. Se escuchaba el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado de la ducha como si estuvieran en la tuya. La ventana era minúscula y no ventilaba. El servicio de habitaciones no hizo la cama completa. El precio de más de 200€ por noche es exageradamente caro para lo que es el hotel, por muy cerca que esté de la basílica.
