The hotel room was very clean and felt luxurious, with everything neat and well organized. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The location is perfect—right next to the Duomo—which made our stay even more special. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and ice cream. We loved this hotel and will definitely be coming back again.

Filippo at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The location is fabulous with great views of the Duomo. They have free tea and coffee. The rooms were very comfortable.

Do to flight delays we arrived very late. The staff quickly checked us in and settled us in our room. Lovely balcony with great views and so close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Perfect Hotel, Perfect Location, Perfect Breakfast!
Pros:

I stayed in a single room, very small on USA standards but it was absolutely perfect! Right across the street from the Duomo, perfect location for accessing all the sights. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, breakfast was very lovely and the cappucino was so yummy with the most amazing view of the Duomo! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Florence!
