Brilliant stay!
Pros:

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were excellent, so friendly, and both of the daytime staff and nighttime staff were incredibly helpful to myself and my husband. We both will absolutely be staying again. Thank you.

Extremely comfortable beds, large rooms, lovely bathroom with bath, nicely decorated, fridge in room which was fab in the heat. Staff all lovely and friendly. Brilliant budget hotel

We would have enjoyed int more if the bath had a grab rail installed. There was only 1 packet of biscuits and only one

It's a HMO
Absolutely disgusting that after 10 years of booking with you, you allow this
When we pulled up in the taxi, the driver even warned us to be careful
To be honest we nearly didn't stay
I expect booking.com to contact me with some sort of payment

One night stay close to Coventry city centre. Very good simple accommodation.
Pros:

Good location with parking. Comfortable, simple room. Staff very helpful

Cons:

No breakfast available but we understand there is a plan to reopen the restaurant in the near future

Highly recommend. Definitely staying here again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Situated in a very quiet area. Staff were super friendly and available 24 hours a day. Very modern, very clean, very spacious room which surprised me as the building looks a little dated from the outside and upon entering reception, but don't let that fool you. Comfy bed, amazing shower, fridge in the room. Perfect!

Wifi a little slow but thats nit-picking
