This is the worst booking I have had.
I waited an hour and after 6 pm the unit was opened. I had dinner bookings and clients waiting. called multiple times to get access.
the room was not up to your standards. I had to sleep on top of the duvet as linen was not changed. in the morning I fell as the whole floor had water on it from the aircon.
A shocker of an apartment.
