Accessibility to the cliff, beach and market space.
Almost everything they used to advertise the property incurs additional charge. We booked an entire apartment as shown but on reaching there the property manager denied. He gave us one room in a 2bhk and charged the price for entire flat. He even stopped us from locking the apartment door and his assistant, cleaners etc. kept barging in uninvited, as per their wish. No privacy AT ALL. On complaining, he arrogantly asked us to check out and leave.
The staff was very rude and non-accommodating. The kitchen was not well-equipped as mentioned. Refrigerator was filled with items and had no usable space. The property is much smaller than it appears in pictures. The photos and many of the claims in description are misleading. You will end up paying for it all when you reach.
I didn't stay at all . they told they will not give me room . they are saying that they contact me via call , message and what's app. but I didn't received any communication at all .
The room has big windows, a comfy bed, very very clean bethroom and nice shower and a shared kitchen with a fridge. Also the kitchen was very clean. Whenever I needed something Arjun and his stuff were happy to help. There is also a nice common area at the rooftop. The location is percet for all the yoga schools, the cafes at the cliff and the beaches.
We booked a family suite for 2 and 1 double bed deluxe room. The family suite had 2 rooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. Although it had 2 rooms we were allowed to book only for 2 persons (that was the reason for booking another room). Now this we got to know only when we reached there. The other room in that family suite was given to some other person. So it was like having no full privacy in a family suite, which I think is supposed to be private. Secoondly we ordered dinner from the resort itself and they came with the bill just after some time. Till there it was fine. But then they called us around 11 pm saying that we paid through credit card that they do not accept and some 170 rupees was debited from their account because of making payment through credit card. Now they didn't just stop at just calling. They came to our room around 11:30pm to take that money back. That person just ruined our stay there by making chaos late night. There was no privacy in that family suite and on top of that he ruined our time, privacy and of course mood. So with my experience, I would not suggest this place to anyone. That person dealing with customers just spoiled everything.
Clean and neat room
The facility had the much needed space for being with the family and also the leisure activities that they have provided inside their own property.
They moved our rooms, allowing us to have a shared lounge and kitchen all to ourselves—an unexpected luxury that made our stay even more comfortable. The upstairs terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. It was a short walk to the North Cliff restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a wonderful stay.
nothing special about the area surrounding the hotel
Room was spacious and clean. Properly was well maintained. Location was pretty close to the cliff and the market. Food was good from the in-house restaurant (though not on site). Good options for indoor games. Kitchen was good enough for a small family cooking.
Road to the property is very narrow (only one car can go at one time). Parking is very tight, getting your car in and out of the property is a task. Though all common areas are clean and maintained but they don't clean the rooms or change the sheets on daily basis. No toiletries are provided by them.
Denied entry few hours before, I opted for pay at hotel option. I called few days before check in,they confirmed as it's all good, but few hours before check in, they called and informed can't accept bookings, l think may be they sold out for high price, when I asked them to provide alternative, they provided very low profile home stay with literally no facilities except geyser with same price and also they cheated for price informed as 2k for non AC, later we got to know its only 2k for AC and non AC is lower than that

The good things about here was the location which was very close to the restaurants and beach. Also,close to the ayurveda and yoga options. The shared space was quite spacious.
Grossly misadvertised property. We had booked a 1 bed apartment but were informed it was a shared 2 bed flat, on arrival. No discount was made, or offer of apology.
Very unpleasant manager who raised his voice when there was miscommunication.
The apartment lacked basic cutlery, a microwave and dishwasher (which was said to be in the apartment) and a washing machine. Ant infestation in the kitchen.
So pathetic. No facilities are get as per booking. Without my permission changed the hotel in to a poor home stay.
