Pros:

The location is excellent - close enough to Pub Street to go for food/drinks but far enough away so you’re not kept up at night. Only a cheap cab ride (~$7) from Angkor Wat. The staff are so lovely and helpful. We also had a massage which was great and a fair price. Loved having a jacuzzi as well!

Cons:

Our room was cleaned several times but still had a noticeable musty smell. There were also a couple of issues in the bathroom (tap loose, water pooling on floor, etc). We didn’t raise this to staff but I am sure they would have acted on it if we had!

El personal muy amabley la habitación increíble, el baño imenso, las toallas perfectas. Me gustó todo.

Good location. Simple equipments. Good value for money
Pros:

We liked the location, not too far walking to the main streets or 5 min tuk-tuk ride.
We appreciated how kindly was the receptionist staff.
Laundry fast set.
Also, the breakfast buffet was not bad.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms kind of old, need some works to renovate.
Bidet spray pressure was way too high.
Hanging lamps can't be shut down, you have to sleep with lights all night long.

Jacuzzi room is the best!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special. I loved my room with the private jacuzzi, such good value for money. I excellent location 5 mins walk to town. Breakfast is good, noodles, fruit, croissants, bread. Good selection. I loved this hotel I didn’t want to leave!

Pros:

Le piscine is beautiful and very nice to relax after a visit. Room are big and well equipped.

Cons:

All the extras are overpriced: extra bed, laundry.
Also we broke a glass (like a very simple water glass probably worth less than 1 $) and they charged 5 $ for it. Knowing we stayed 1 week with 2 rooms, I would never have expected to be charged for this.

Not bad and the staff are great
Pros:

The location is great, the staff are easy to talk to, and very accommodating. The rooms are clean but need better upkeep.

Cons:

AC placement is not so good, so the rooms are a bit hot. It gets better towards night time. Booking dot com details indicate parking spaces. Actually, you park on the street.
