DO NOT STAY HERE
Cons:

There are numerous problem about this property. We didn’t have Internet for a whole day and we need to keep on chasing them. They told booking that they have offers another room, but that is not true and they only do this to not have to give us a compensation.
Even worse than that, there’s absolutely no sound insulation between the room. We could hear every conversation or even opening of a plastic bag. We couldn’t sleep due to the noise and wake up early because of the noise and have to hear the craziest thing from the room next door. The room only separated by a door and not a full wall. The owner doesn’t want to give any compensation and we have to move out on the second day out of five say because they did not give any solution and we cannot bear to stay there longer. Even after this, we need to fight for our refund for the days that we didn’t stay and for the compensation

The location was near shopping places, restaurants, convenience stores and Dotonbori. Out assigned room itself just need

Good location and complete facilities.

Cons:

Our assigned room was a bit small. The bed and sofa were also a quite low so its not recommendable for the elderly. The pillows were also uncomfortable as they were too soft for our liking.

Worth the price! Highly recommend, would book again
Pros:

Very spacious, excellent location!! Very near all the highlights, walking distance to everything!! Shinshaibashi, nagahoribashi train station, all konbinis (family mart, 7/11, lawson), very helpful host! Easy to gind

Cons:

Nothing, I saw previous reviews that you could feel the springs on the bed but we didnt notice that

Basic but complete, affordable, and accessible. Responsive host.
Pros:

Location was excellent: very close to Nagahoribashi and a few minutes walk away from Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi. The beds weren't the greatest but was the second best among the 4 hotels I've stayed in. The rest of the facilities were basic but complete (better than my budget hotel in Toyko). The host replies fast and was accomodating. I say great value for the price you pay.

Cons:

Wifi issues for half my stay. No reception so luggage can't be forwarded directly to the hotel but that's expected.

Pros:

Good sized room, great proximity to dotonbori, easy self check in, has a lift, has a wifi egg

Cons:

Extremely thin walls, clearly hear neighbours through walls, some parts of the apartment could do with better cleaning or fixing (eg broken sofa), no obvious way to charge wifi egg
