Pros:

毎日タオルとゴミ替えしてくれました。スタッフは親切で、朝ごはんも、米はありませんでしたが、美味しかったです。テレビでYouTubeやアマプラをみれました。

Cons:

バスルームは少し、水回り特有の臭さがありました。入った瞬間は気になりますが、すぐに慣れます。シャワーヘッドの接続部から水が漏れます。

Notre séjour en hiver était parfait!
Pros:

C’est un très bel hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien chauffée. La salle de bains était immense avec baignoire et douche. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable.

Cons:

La salle de petit déjeuner est un peu petite.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the majestic cave. It is a memory we will always cherish
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and decorated very Cappadocia style. I loved having a jacuzzi in my room. Having a Turkish Hamman spa was cute as well. It added a special touch. The Turkish breakfast buffet was very good. You could also order omelette to cook right on the spot. Everyone was very kind and nice. The location was just great; it was within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. All of the things you would want to do in Cappadocia, will require to take a private tour or to have a vehicle to get to the location. There are no places to visit within walking distance from the hotel. 10 out of 10

Cons:

Parking was a little crazy, but manageable

Otelin konumu mükemmel balonlar hem otelden rahatça izlenebiliyo hem de tam aşıklar tepesinin altında kalıyo yani sabah uykunuzdan olmadan aşıklar tepesine 5dkda çıkıp izleyebilirsiniz de. Göreme çarşıya sultan carpets a inmek 2dk falan.Otelin içi müze gibiydi çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı kaliteli ve her sabah değişen şeyler de vardı oğlum bayıldı. Fiyatı da mükemmeldi sezondan dolayı sanırım. Kapadokya kalitesi işletmecileri başka gerçekten.

Very nice, we can recommend it and would definitely stay again at this property!
Pros:

Location, location, location
Real cave experience not like some “stone”, “cave” hotel that are not really what they claim
Spacious rooms
Very nice staff - very helpful to arrange transfers or organise tours, everything worked perfectly with fast and clear communication.

Cons:

Nothing really, except that the breakfast can’t be exceptional in terms of diversity if you have only 8-9 rooms, but they try every day to change a bit the choice.

Einzigartiges Höhlenzimmer
Pros:

Einzigartiges weiträumiges sauberes Höhlenzimmer.
Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll zubereitet und schmeckte fantastisch.
Einen Parkplatz haben wir jeden Tag problemlos an der Straße gefunden. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bergauf kann man die Heißluftballons auf einem Aussichtspunkt beobachten.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas hart. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage was das Zimmer zumindest im September relativ warm werden lässt und die Luftfeuchtigkeit entsprechend hoch ist.

Pros:

This hotel is located in where it can see Air-ballon every day morning and in very convenient place which is access to central at cappadocia.

Hotel staffs are very kind but also delicious breakfast served by friendly staffs, also especially thay have a dog which is called MAYA. I was looking forward to meet MAYA every day during my stay.

I had my clothing made laundry and it was finished tomorror after i brought them. It helped a lot.

Excellent beautiful five stars couldn’t recommend more highly
Pros:

The views of the ballon’s in flight in the early morning on the terrace with a coffee were stunning. The breakfast was really good quality changed every day and looked after by friendly smiling staff. The rooms were large the beds the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in and it was meticulously clean. Cannot rate it highly enough a real gem very much worth the price. The receptionist/owner on hand and very helpful.
