렌터카를 이용했는데 주차비가 있다고 본 거 같은데, 따로 주차비 청구를 받지 않았어요. 지하주차장이 있어서 땡볕에 차를 계속 세워두지 않아도 되어서 좋았습니다. 지하주차장 통로가 좁아서 좀 무섭기는 했지만, 주차하는 것도 세심하게 살펴주는 직원이 상주해 있어서 고마웠어요.
호텔 전체적으로 직원들이 매우 프렌들리하고 친절했어요. 조식은 부페가 아니라 메뉴를 주문하는 방식인데 양도 많았고 플레이팅도 정말 예뻤습니다. 오렌지주스도 바로 그 자리에서 짜서 만들어줘서 정말 신선했어요.
발코니 있는 코너룸을 예약했는데, 발코니 문을 활짝 열어 환기할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
방에 에어컨이 문 쪽에만 있어서 침대 쪽은 약간 공기가 답답했어요. 에어컨을 세게 틀어야 했습니다.
Το καλύτερο προσωπικό που γνώρισα ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο. Από τον security μέχρι τους εργαζόμενους στην ρεσεψιόν. Αν αυτό το συνεχίσουν και όταν το ξενοδοχείο είναι γεμάτο, θα είναι ότι καλύτερο. Μπράβο στους εργαζόμενους!! Επίσης πεντακάθαρο, εξαιρετικά καινούργιο, εξαιρετικά υλικά στο δωμάτιο και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
Η θέση είναι μεν καλή αλλά χρειάζεσαι 25 λεπτά να φτάσεις στο νυχτερινό κέντρο της πόλης. Δεν το θεωρώ αρνητικό αλλά το γράφω για να υπάρχει και κάτι στο πεδίο αυτό

The hotel is extremely modern, fabulous furnishings and the staff in reception and in the restaurant were lovely for the first 24 hours of our stay. Nikolai in reception was so nice as was our waiter - I asked for his name However what a change today on our second morning. The waiter didn’t communicate, didn’t care, the receptionist was the same until I was checking out and she said she would pass my feedback to management.
The breakfast that second morning was awful! Many of the few guests they had ate nothing between 9.20 and 10.00! The coffee machine wasn’t working so you had to wait for the waiter to make coffee. I asked for a pot of hot water for my husband’s teabags and I had to ask 4 times and waited over 20 minutes to finally get a cup of hot water. The scrambled eggs were green and I went to reception and asked them to remove them and replace with fresh scrambled eggs but although after asking twice they made a portion for my husband they insisted on leaving the green egg for other customers to be disgusted like us! The female receptionist said that they were just not to our liking and it was not responsibility to remove them as the kitchen is separate but yet nobody took responsibility. The croissants were hard and stale whereas I had hoped they would be fresher than the day before but they were 2 days old for sure. These croissants were lying in a plastic bag in the kitchen after 10am the morning before and put out today! There were no white fresh rolls available, the small offering of bacon was cold as the warmer plate which also included the scrambled eggs was switched off! When I asked if fresh croissants could be made available they did cook some as I could see them through the kitchen to the restaurant but I had to ask for one - everyone else had left at this point. It just took the food out of our stay and the same for the people sitting beside us in the restaurant.
Specious room and good location
There was a heavy rain after that the building face some trouble like water leakage from the light. Also, there was electric cut for many rooms which lead me to change my room many times.

We were satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would also like to mention that Nikolai at the reception, was very professional, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. His excellent service made a great first impression.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet. For a five-star hotel, we expected a wider variety of options. While the quality was good, the selection was rather limited and could be improved.
