Otel cok guzel merkeze yakin konumda. Bahcesi keyifli. Kahvaltisi lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Temizligin daha sık ve ozenli yapilmasini havlu ve carsaflarin hergun degistirilmesini beklerdim. Onun disinda keyifle vakit gecirebileceginiz bi otel. Calisanlar guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi.

rahatlık konusunda yatak, yastık harikaydı. fakat kahvaltı konusunda açık büfede birçok sinek vardı bence bu doğru değil. çok az çeşit vardı bu konuda değişiklik yapılabilir.

Biz iki kız arkadaş bayram tatilimizde Zaena'yı tercih ettik. Otele ilk girişimiz bizim için olumsuz bir deneyim oldu, giriş saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen temizliğin uzun sürmesi nedeniyle odamıza 14:45'de giriş yapabildik. Uzun yoldan gelip dinlenmek isteyebilecek insanlar için bu oldukça hoş olmayan bir durum. Odada visco yastıklar tercih edilmiş, ancak biz ikimiz de yastıklardan hiç memnun kalmadık iyi bir uyku çekemedik maalesef ve tek büyük yataklı oda diye belirtmemize rağmen iki ayrı yataklı oda verildi. Bunların dışında, otelin konumu çok güzel. Otel gerçekten temiz ve güzeldi, her kısmında fotoğraf çekilebilirsiniz. Bardaki personeller hep çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi.

Çok güzel bir otel
Pros:

Yeni açılmış, çok yorum yok diye düşünceli gittik. Ama gerçekten hizmet kalitesi, temizlik, güleryüz tüm konularda epey memnun kaldık. Üst kattaki cumbalı odada kaldık, yüksek tavanlı, geniş ve konforluydu. Burcu hanımın yardımseverliği ve yaklaşımı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Umuyorum ki bir daha geleceğiz ✨️

Çok keyifli bir tatil deneyimi yaşattıkları için Zaena’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Odaları rahat, konforlu ve tertemizdi, kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. En çokta oteldeki çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlüydü. Alaçatıda kalmak için ilk seçeneğiniz burası olmalı..:)
