Pros:

Great location, a corner on a pedestrianised street, an easy walk to most of the major tourist areas. It was peaceful, the sound-proofing blocks all noise from outside. (Some noise from the reception area occasionally, that was it.) Staff were v friendly and helpful with directions and the taxi back to the airport. A decent breakfast, lots of variety and all tasty.
Comfy beds, comfy chairs in the room, decent shower, everything worked, everything was changed and refreshed daily, all good.

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike.

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable. Nous avons pu tout faire a pied.
Les chambres sont plutôt biens.
Aucun bruit de l’extérieur, en revanche les voisins bruyants ne passent pas inaperçus.
Le personnel est au petit soin.

Toilet kept running all night. Builders in the room next door from 6.50am banging and slamming doors, drilling started at 8am. No prewarning on arrival or booking.

Excelente estadia, recomendo
Pros:

Boa localização. Conseguimos fazer todas as atrações a pé. Muitos restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Quarto e cama bem confortáveis. Café da manhã satisfatório, mas sem muita variedade. Bom isolamento acústico (nosso quarto tinha janela para a rua, não ouvimos nenhum ruído). Funcionários solícitos, nos deram um mapa e explicação da cidade assim que chegamos.

Cons:

Chuveiro não era muito quente (mas tinha excelente pressão). Vi alguns comentários reclamando sobre o box ser aberto, mas não vi problema e não houve nenhuma inundação por isso. Não tem recepção 24h, o que não chegou a ser nenhum problema e é bem comum na Itália. Mas eles disponibilizam um whatsapp para emergências.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, l'emplacement est idéal, le personnel est extrêmement aimable

Cons:

La chambre au rez de chaussée est sombre car la fenêtre a des vitres opaques que l'on ne peut ouvrir. Il n'y a aucun objet d'accueil pas même les savonnettes ne parlons pas de chaussons. Et du jamais vu le café proposé dans la chambre est facturé 2€
