There were many service related gaps. If this is resolved, this could have been much better.

Cons:

Manager was available only on phone. While complaining something, he told us it will be resolved. But never resolved. Many facilities or services were not fulfilled. It seems the care taker was over burdened.

Dont ever visit Earth lounge in Vagamon Kerala!
Pros:

Please dont stay at the Earth Lounge in Vagamon. Room that was given was uncleaned - They say that breakfast is included but charge you for it - lack of crockery - The staff told me that he will clear the dirty plates from my room in the morning. The staff was drunk on evening when i returned to the hotel... the staff tried to open the door and enter my room without knocking... And to top all of this when i asked for a towel on the last day... I was given a dirty towel that had muddy stains on it that looked like it had been used to wipe a dirty floor.

Such a thing was given to me to wipe myself after a bath!

One of the worst experiences every while traveling.

V don't like anything.. no basic facilities. Drinking water, rest room water, no cleanliness, totally fed up with ur service and no proper response from staff bad smell from the room.

Apart the behaviour of the staff and management it was ok.
Pros:

The location of the property and the food was good. The care taker was so nice.

Cons:

The staff was really impolite and they charge 1000 rupees per hour for a music speaker by calling it DJ.

Worth one night stay
Pros:

Cool place for a one-night stay. Mist, waterfalls, hills, etc... The three-bedroom villa can easily accommodate 8 people.

Cons:

You need to travel 10 km from this resort to reach Vagamon.
