Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr hübschen Viertel von Paris mit zahlreichen Bars und Cafes. In knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man an einer größeren Metro Station ( Place d´Italie) von welcher aus man die Innenstadt und auch die Bahnhöfe Gare de Nord und Gare de l´Est bequem erreicht, zudem gibt es dort auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Hotel ist sauber, das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Super freundliches Personal, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Charming and perfect to explore Paris from

Very charming location, charming building, clean, soundproof walls, nice design, great view, balcony - what's not to like?! I would go and stay there again

Cons:

Nothing to note - really can't complain - will go there to stay again. Nothing to note on dislikes - everything was ok. The room is quite small [but I'm not bothered by this]

Un endroit agréable, dans un quartier plutôt résidentiel mais à proximité des lieux touristiques.
Pros:

Prima hotel in zeer gezellige wijk, met uitgebreide OV verbindingen om de hoek.
Pros:

De kamer is klein maar prima. Het zelfde geldt voor de badkamer. De douche was zelfs uitstekend.
De receptie is 7*24 bemand. Het ontbijt is redelijk geprijsd en van goede kwaliteit.
Met heel warm weer hebben we 2 nachten wat lawaai gehad van late cafégasten op straat. Daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen, maar men was wel bereid om ons een andere kamer te geven (wat we overigens niet hebben gedaan).
De wijk is supergezellig en we hebben daar vaak gegeten in één van de vele restaurantjes.

Not a great hotel, nor good value for the money, but just OK.
Pros:

Rooms are small but OK. Comfortable, nice beds. Generally room was clean.

Cons:

Hotel shower however, had significant amounts of black mold along the edges and corners of the shower. This might be quite bad for those sensitive to mold, especially black mold. Towels were not changed every day so had to use slightly smelly and damp towels. Upon check-in, the hotel asked me to pay for the full six days I planned to stay, and refused to refund any of my payment when I was forced to cut my trip short by a full day. Unlike other good hotels I've stayed at, they insisted that since I had paid for the full six days, they "could not" return any of my money even though I alerted them on the third day of my stay about the fact that I would have to leave a day earlier than I had planned. No, I would not recommend this hotel since much better options are available nearby.

Bella esperienza, peccato per il rumore
Pros:

Posizione comoda, vicino alla.fermata della metro, struttura pulita e personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

L'albergo è situato in una zona piena di locali e c'è rumore fino a tardi. Portatevi i tappi perché nelle stanze che danno sulla strada non si dorme neanche con le finestre chiuse.
