Room size was good thats all , also its 2kms away from Morjim beach which is far not so near.
No one available at the reception anytime i went there, felt as if i am the only one in the hotel
Didn’t felt like there were people in the hotel reception at all and that as a solo traveler made me feel safe , i felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe
Location and price is good.
Room was very dirty, I got fresh bed only in 3rd attempt. WiFi signal in the room very weak, everything is dirty. No warm water

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a/c that worked well and a good bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet area, about 10 minutes walk from the main strip of shops and restuarants and maybe 20 minutes from the beach, but a pleasant walk. The Bank of Baroda opposite was very handy - it's one of the few Indian banks (in 2024) that doesn't charge to use international debit cards. A scooter hire place is also right outside which is useful for those who don't like walking.
Although the floor and bedding was clean, the walls could do with a scrub and also the window area in the bathroom and the reception coming into the hotel. A little more attention to detail and this would be a really nice hotel.

Cool place ,had pleasant stay.
Great location! Next to a Hindu temple, the atm and bike rental (literally across the stree), and the Rice Mill restaurant is about 100ft away. One can easily walk to the beach in 30 minute or rent a bike for a quicker commute. The room was very clean, ac, wifi provided and it was quiet, slept very well here. Staff and owner are very attentive and accommodating. Booking.com caused a little confusion but the owner was able to accommodate very easily. One highlight is the third floor, it's surrounded by palms and has an open space great for yoga. I could see yoga teachers renting this space out (hold 15 students easily)...the back space is not finished but doable for a makeshift juice bar or meditation space.
There is a cab union in Morjim, so don't book a cab through booking.com - plus you will be charged way more - if you are leaving Morjim to the airport. You are fine booking a car from the airport to Morjim on the other hand.
