Pros:

Et enestående sted at bo i smukke Cat Tien. Húóng Rùng var yderst imødekommende og hjalp med både anbefalinger til turer i parken og transport ved vores afrejse. Man følte sig straks velkommen og hjemme.

Make everything better
Pros:

It was a really good experience, not just because the room was spacious, clean and close to the National Park entrance; their personnel was amazing, we had a problem with the bus going back to Saigon, and they literally did EVERYTHING to make the journey back, in a national holiday . Beyond that they give to us complementary fruits and drinks for the wait ... They are lovely, kind and really happy to help .

Peaceful stay at Cat Tien
Pros:

Honestly, this has been one of our nicest stays in Vietnam. The host has been so friendly and helpful. We relied on Google translate a lot, but it all worked.
Our room was so clean, it sparkled. The beds were firm but comfortable. The shower room fresh and clean. Breakfasts were good, and varied over the days we stayed.
The homestay was very convenient for Nam Cat Tien park entrance and there were many options for other food close by.
We even loved the noisy gecko calls at night!
Oir host helped me book a bus back to HCMC and kept our bags while we had a last birdwatching visit to the park before our bus.
We arrived expecting rustic accommodation but this far exceeded all expectations.

Cons:

Nothing! I wish I had stayed longer!

It's not very nice but enough for a comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were very nice. I had 3 meals prepared by them and I was satisfied. They also lent me umbrellas and was tentative about telling me how to plan the schedule in Cat Tien national park.
The place is quiet as the rooms are located deeper inside instead of on the main road.

Cons:

The arrangement of the interrior is super super weird and it bothered our stay: the TV is placed high near the celling, above the wardrobe - I seriously never seen this arrangment before; the sink is located outside of the bathroom (??).
The room was not very clean when we checked in. Hair was visible on the matress. Toilet was not cleaned properly - I can see the stains. And trash was not taken out.
