WOULD STAY AGAIN BUT FEW TEETHING ISSUES
Pros:

The location is nice but you do need a car to get to it as it is quite a walk from the station and Lenham village. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large with a large bathroom/wet room suitable for wheelchair access too. Nice touch of bottles of water in the room and tray with tea/coffee/biscuits etc. Breakfast was good and available until 11am which is very useful if you want a lay in

Cons:

Room decor is a bit odd and I could not get the television to work and no welcome information pack. I checked in late but did advise them it might be as late as 10pm and they said it was fine but someone was phoning me to see where I was at about 9.40 pm.. My friends who booked another room were told it was okay to check in any time up until the bar closed but they too got a frosty welcome when we arrived. I left my phone charger in the room but was told I didn't.
Other than that it was fine.

Lovely stay, definitely recommend
Pros:

I booked on behalf of four colleagues who were delighted with all aspects of their stay. Lovely comfy rooms, quiet, good nights sleep and professional, friendly staff.

Une dernière étape parfait avant de prendre l’eurostar
Pros:

C’est la 2eme fois que nous y logeons et sommes toujours aussi contents. Les chambres sont jolies et confortables et le bar et le restaurant très bon et très pratique à proximité.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’offrent pas de petit déjeuner

Pros:

Staff who I encountered very friendly. Also gentleman on breakfast on sunday very courteous to mention the ladies who had kept me awake at 3am up and down the corridor - not his fault but acknowledging it was very kind.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit too mod con and not practical - especially for visually impaired - i.e door with a code - very hard to see especially at night - shower on off but cold/hot difficult to regulate. Mod con excitement without thought of audience and practicality.

Pros:

The rooms were very modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good with an excellent selection. Only wish we had been staying longer than an overnight stay.
