Room is big

Cons:

Dated room facilities, staff were unattentive and didnt make up room with inclusion of changing towels, floor towels that were obviously used. Mineral water bottles given each day were random as well.

Cons:

Breakfast ran out of food and was not refilled. Many guests were asking for refills. For a 5 star hotel they allow guests to have breakfast in their pajamas?????????. Tables were unclean with no utensils.
The general condition of the hotel in dingy and grimy. Only 1 towel in bedroom and no toilet paper. Asked for extra towel and toilet paper and nothing arrived. Eventually found the cleaning trolley and took from there. Other than reception not very quest focused.

Old fashioned hotel not recommended for stay at all

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The furniture and towels are very old and outdated.

The valet service is poor. There was no one at the entrance when I arrived, and I had to go inside to look for the valet myself.

Room service was inconsistent. I was charged for ice on the first day, but later it was delivered without charge. Also, it takes around 30 minutes just to receive ice, which is unreasonable.

Overall, the service does not meet expectations.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated as a five-star property.

Überaltetes Hotel

Der Eingangsbereich war nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war deeckig und total veraltet, überall Staub und man sah offensichtlich, dass das Zimmer schon lange keine richtige Reinigung mehr hatte. Trotz eines Nichtraucherzimmers, stank unser Zimmer extrem. Die Zimmer müssen druingend renoviert werden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung, versprachen es sei repariert aber war es nicht. Reiste 4 Tage vorher ab, aus diesem Hotel.

I will revisit this hotel when I go to Qatar next time and is value for money.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Metro station is only 3-4 walk away from the hotel and this is brilliant.

Cons:

Variety and Quality is food needs to improve.

We were given a room with poor lighting and some of the lights were not working , when asked to change the room we were taken to another room however it wasn't prepared fully to take the guests.
The cleanliness was not optimal as well.
Didn't like the stay much .
