The location and some staff.
Check out time is too early.
Also i didn't realized that check out time is noon.
So when i reached the hotel around 1230pm, reception staff (male) was not in a good mood and asked me to leave by 1pm. The tone was not that friendly.
I had a wonderful stay at Concord Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. The value for money was excellent, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations.
I would especially like to thank Raiza and Ebrahim at the reception desk. They were professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent customer service made a great impression and added a personal touch to my stay.
The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, efficient service, and great attention to guest comfort. I highly recommend Concord Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.
