Very unpleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was average but hotel is very dirty. The entry from road to hotel is 3rd floor but stairs are only 3 Feet wide and dirty condition.

Cons:

Room inspection should made by booking company and owner once in a month for better service.

I spent 1000 rupees for an ac room, which was too small and tv was not working. Not worth it.
Pros:

Bed was good. Staff was ok.

Cons:

I did not get any breakfast. View was the road in front of it. No value of money.
