I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choices every morning. The team managing the breakfast area was professional and very welcoming, making the experience even better.

Pros:

I stayed in the female dorm for one night. The bed and comforter were comfortable, outlet next to the bed, hot water in the shower in the attached bathroom, and different room lighting options from warm dim light to bright lights. I was lucky to be alone in the female dorm so had plenty of privacy.

Cons:

The dorm rooms do not lock and I couldn’t store my valuables in the locker because either a key was missing or it was used to store paperwork haha. The female dorm also doubled as storage for supplies and traveler’s luggage.

The hotel closes it’s gates before midnight, so you would have to call the property to wake up the staff to open the gate if you go out late at night. I felt bad waking them up.

The bathroom is not super clean but there is hot water.

There is no AC/heat in the room.

Warm welcome, kind service, and clean, spacious, comfortable room!
Pros:

In bustling Kathmandu, this hotel is in a safe area and a welcome retreat to come back to after a day exploring. A hot shower, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, kind and helpful staff that go above and beyond! I can’t recommend enough! They got me in touch with a beautiful trek and helped me extend my visa and book transportation- I felt like family from the moment I arrived! Thank you, Bhupendra, Rajan, and the rest of the helpful staff!
