Prima verblijf en redelijk centraal gelegen in Kaapstad
Pros:

De kamers waren mooi ingericht en schoon. Ook de receptie was erg behulpzaam. We waren namelijk voor onze inchecktijd aangekomen en onze kamer was nog niet klaar. Ze heeft toen een schoonmaker gevraagd als eerste onze kamer schoon te maken waarna we een uur later direct van onze kamer gebruik konden maken.

Neat and clean. Central and walking distance to reataurants and bars in CBD area.

My stay at this hotel turned into a medical nightmare. From the moment we checked in, the smell in the hallway and our room was overwhelming—a foul, musty odor mixed with a strong chemical cleaner that seemed to be trying, and failing, to mask something rotting. We should have trusted our instincts and left then.

Unfortunately, we didn’t. Within 48 hours of checking out, both my partner and I fell violently ill. We were diagnosed with Norovirus and were so severely dehydrated that we both required separate admissions to the hospital for IV fluids and monitoring.

Given the initial smell, the clear lack of hygiene standards, and the incubation period of the virus, it is undeniable that we contracted this from the hotel. It was the most expensive and dangerous vacation we have ever taken. I am now facing hundreds in medical bills and lost time from work.

Management, you have a serious contamination issue on your property. Do not stay here unless you want to risk your health.

Good value for the price you pay!!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room very clean and bathroom was big. Apartment was nice and cozy, WiFi was working fine and rooftop has a nice view on Table Mountain.
For the price we paid we were very satisfied!!
