Cocktail of noise and apartment sharing with African giant cockroaches
Cons:

The rooms do not have sound proofing therefore, be guaranteed of no sleeping at night. The location of the apartments is good in the CBD but the noise from the cars and nightclubs will keep you up especially if you were planning to sleep. You will also be sharing your apartment with other guests, the African Giant Coackroaches.

Was fantastic in 2024. However they've really let themselves go in the past year.
Pros:

I stayed at this location August 2024 and it exceeded my expectations then. I loved the spacious room size, kitchen facility and big bathroom. The work space and free wifi was great as I went for work.

Cons:

I specifically booked a balcony room - and instead of what you'd expect to find as a view - I was looking at a wall and the dirty roof of the shop downstairs. People had thrown beer bottles and other nasty things which was left. There were many cockroaches and sticky hand prints all over walls and artwork. This made the overall stay feel unclean.

Great stay with good hospitality in Cape Town CBD
Pros:

Centrally located in the CBD, within walking distance to restaurants, museums, and Bo-Kaap.

Cons:

The room was not soundproof, as it often got quite noisy at night.

Pros:

Location is alright - lot’s of restaurants nearby. It does get pretty loud in the evenings.
