We stayed here as a family of five and had a very comfortable experience.
We have visited this hotel before, and it was great to see how much it has improved. The renovated areas look clean, modern, and well maintained. Every time we return, there seems to be something new, which shows that the hotel is continuously upgrading its facilities and services.
The new café, which opened in April 2026, is stylish and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the coffee throughout our stay. It was a relaxing place to start the morning or take a break during the day.
Our room was spacious, and it was especially convenient to find a room that could comfortably accommodate all five of us. The shower had strong water pressure, which was another nice surprise.
The laundry service was extremely helpful during our longer stay. Our clothes were cleaned and delivered directly back to our room, making the hotel a very practical choice for families and long-term guests.
The location is also convenient for sightseeing, with the Grand Palace and other popular attractions within easy reach.
Overall, this hotel has become more comfortable and attractive with each visit. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok.
The only minor downside was that the hotel café had just opened, so lunch service was not available yet. We were told that dishes such as curry will be added soon, which gives us something to look forward to on our next visit.

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, très proche du centre historique, à 10 minutes à pieds du Metro.
Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant.
Il y a un petit bar/restaurant qui permet de prendre le petit déjeuner, boire un verre ou manger.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
Rien à reprocher au lieu !
El hotel está recién reformado, las habitaciones son amplias y el personal muy amable.
No me gustó el olor del baño, en Bangkok huele mal en general y creo que eso tiene que ver con el olor de las tuberías, aunque deberían poner algún remedio.
В номері було дуже чисто, сніданки були дуже смачні і персонал дуже привітний ☺️ При заселені мені не сподобався вид на номер і номер одразу змінили без проблем 👌🏼
Дуже мала ванна кімната (але дуже чиста). Також дуже мале вікно, вид з якого був на покинуті домівкі, було відчуття що знаходишся в маленькій коробці, але я думаю це специфіка Бангкоку а не винна готелю.

Staff incompetente e disonesto con un solo obiettivo: spillare piu' soldi possibili all' ospite: asciugamano con macchia da trucco da pagare, taxi chiamati con prezzi raddoppiati, check- out tardivo a pagamento ( 100 bath per ora in piu'), ecc, ecc... Camera puzzolente e rumorosa con finestra che affacciava su calcinacci, lamiere arruginite e materiale edile. Assolutamente da evitare
Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo per soggiornare comodamente a Bangkok.
La zona è molto strategica per raggiungere sia il centro culturale della città (palazzo reale, wat pho e wat arun) sia la vita notturna (khaosan road).
La camera è molto spazione e ben arredata, il bagno è funzionale con doccia molto ampia (peccato solo per il cattivo odore che a volte viene dalle fognature).
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale e la loro disponibilità.
Consigliatissimo, lo sceglierei nuovamente per un soggiorno a Bangkok

En 3 noches que estuvimos no hubo ninguna limpié de habitación y encima por estar las toallas sucias nos querían quitar parte de la fianza depositada.
Hotel je na skvělém místě, kousek od chrámů a trhů s jídlem. Hotel je po rekonstrukci, čistý. Personál byl milý ale ve chvíli, kdy jsme potřebovali pomoct s tím, že nás ruší jiní hosté, neudělali nic.
Hotel je po rekonstrukci, ale když pršelo, teklo pod zavřenými okny proudy vody na podlahu. V hotelu je vše slyšet. Měli jsme pokoj hned vedle výtahu, takže každé zastavení je doprovázeno cinknutím a o všech víte. I chůze po chodbě je hlučná. Takže když v pokoji pod námi bydlelo asi 6-8 mladých mužů a ti pařili do ranních hodin, nemohli jsme spát, hotelem se nesl, jako by byli u nás v pokoji. Když jsme byli ve 2 ráno na recepci, že nemůžeme spát, že nás ruší, noční recepční s tím nic neudělal. Jiní hosté nám říkali, že je to tak již 3.noc a že vždy takto hlučí do 6 do rána. 2.den nám další recepční sdělila, že příště zavolají ostrahu (ten den měli ale chlapci check out) a předtím to nijak neřešili. Mysleli jsme, že následující noc budeme mít klid, ale situace se opakovala jen jiném složení, tentokrát mladé ženy v pokoji hned přes chodbu. Hotel je sice na skvělém místě a po rekonstrukci ale vůbec neřeší hluk, a nebo umístění dle toho, zda jste tam jako rodina s dětmi (náš případ) nebo skupina přátel, kteří si přijeli užívat do Bangkoku a paří do ranních hodin.
