Pros:

L'hôtel était bien situé pour ce que nous devions faire sur Bangkok.
Le personnel est très agréable, petit l'un d'eux parle un peu français.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre.

Pros:

The hotel is very good. The location is superb. They're renovating, but they put you in a quiet part of the hotel. The rooms are clean and fragrant, like new. The beds are very comfortable, but the bathroom fixtures aren't cheap. The view from the window is of the Palace and the Golden Mountain, especially at night, illuminated and very beautiful. I recommend it.

Pros:

Понравилось расположение, близко до исторических достопримечательностей. Кровать была удобная, хорошее постельное бельё и фен.

Cons:

Главным образом мне не понравилось, что внутри отеля, а так же под окнами идёт стройка. Отдыхать в номере с 9 утра до 18:00 просто невозможно: это капитальный ремонт! Штрабят, дрелять, стучат, красят и вы внутри этого. Мои сумки были в строительной пыли, так же я этим дышала. Не говоря уже о шуме. Узнала об этой реконструкции только при заселении. Если бы я знала раньше, что там стройка, то не забронировала. Это было короткое пребывание на три ночи, поэтому я не стала съезжать, но ни спать, ни работать из номера я не могла. Ещё иногда воняло из слива в ванной, не было нижнего света (только верхний больничный), нет чайника в номере и зеркала в полный рост, но это уже мелочи.

Misleading photos, filthy rooms, rude staff, and two beers offered as compensation for a ruined stay.

NOTHING !!! This was honestly one of the worst places I have ever experienced.

My friend and I booked this through Booking.com because the photos online made the rooms look modern, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was the complete opposite. The room we were given was absolutely disgusting. The floor was dirty, the bed was dirty, and the entire place looked like it had not been cleaned properly in a long time. I really regret not taking a picture of the bathroom because it was just as bad.

The photos online are extremely misleading. What they advertise does not match what you actually get. The only thing that looked similar was the outside of the building.

The room was so bad that my friend and I refused to stay in it. We had to make a serious complaint before they finally moved us to another room that looked like one of the renovated rooms shown in the photos. The next day they tried to move us back into the original disgusting room again, which was completely unacceptable. We told them no and said we did not even want to stay there anymore.

The biggest insult was that after everything we complained about, the manager offered us two Chang beers as if that would somehow make up for the situation. Two beers for a filthy room and a ruined stay. It was honestly unbelievable.

In the end we decided to leave completely and asked for a refund because we did not feel comfortable staying there at all.

The staff were also very rude and acted extremely entitled instead of trying to properly fix the situation.

Overall the entire experience was awful. The misleading photos, the dirty room, the attitude from the staff, and the way the situation was handled. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here. Save your money and book somewhere else.
