Returned after one year, and I still love this place.
Pros:

Nice looking hotel, food is excellent, heated pools huge bonus specially if you are coming off season, entertainment was ok - we were off season I am sure it's much better during the main season.

Cons:

1. last year we got free upgrade - family room with two separate rooms. This year we thought it will be like automatic as returned guests but got just standard room - a bit small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teen kids) with 3 standard beds and one rollaway bed, we were told we could try to change it after few days but it was just too much hassle to pack everything again, so we kept the room. 2. you are in the middle of nowhere - for some people it could be disapointing as you need to get taxi to town. 3. if you are looking for a nice big beach, this is not the right place for you, the hotel beach is very small.

Zimmer mit Terasse und Pool waren top!

Cons:

Minibar wurde nie aufgefüllt (erst nach Beschwerde) Nachbarn waren laut und haben ungebetene Gäste eingeladen. Zimmer war optisch sauber aber Boden, Bad und terasse waren schmutzig. Kissen zu hart bzw. Gab es nur ein weiches Ersatzkissen. Bademantel zu kurz gewesen aber war egal, hab den nur einmal genutzt

Pros:

The food definitely deserves a special mention. There’s a great variety, and everything is both delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the dessert corner! 🍰

The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist and always with a smile.

Pros:

Ich wurde bereits bei meiner Anreise sehr herzlich empfangen.
Das Essen ist hervorragend, der Strandabschnitt wirklich wunderschön und es gibt sogar Starbucks – sowohl im Hotel als auch direkt am Strand. Der große Rutschenpark ist nicht nur für Kinder ein echtes Highlight ;-) Zusätzlich gibt es abgepacktes Langnese-Eis, leckere Cocktails – Flasche Bier deutlich besser als man es aus vielen anderen All-Inclusive-Hotels kennt .

Auch die Mitarbeiter insgesamt sind sehr freundlich und mein Zimmer wurde stets sehr sauber gehalten.

Ich war nicht so lange hier aber komme ich bestimmt wieder. Muss echt sagen sehr schön hotel. Würde gerne das Hôtel weiterempfehlen 🙏

Alleen sommige personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het was niet hygiënisch elke dag was er wel een poep in een zwembad waar door het werd afgesloten elke dag. Het zelfde eten elke dag niet meer dan 3/4 keuze en in de avond werd letterlijk de resten van avond eten geserveerd de kamers werd niet schoongemaakt je moest er letterlijk elke keer om vragen en dan ook nog half en koffie en thee werd glazen ook niet bij gevuld en verwisseld. Gewoon te weinig personeel overal bij eten en bars. Kortom Beter gezegd het slechtste hotel die ik ooit ben tegen gekomen dit is een 2,5 sterrenhotel nooit meer.

Staffs at bars and restaurants are extremely rude and unprofessional. Mostly, we had to pick our drinkers and glasses. Also, aqua park is not safe. Life guards don’t regulate how people use slides. Some random guys can inquiry you and ruin your vacation. I made my reservation without reading the reviews. It was painful three days. Luckily, I made a short plan for this place.

Pros:

Good hotel, big pool, aqua park, nice beach. Very friendly and quick staff, great selection of food.
All was good.

Cons:

There is no territory apart from the pool and not very big beach. around the hotel there is nothing interesting. But i stayed for 3 days, had a car and selected this hotel as it was close to the place i needed to visit, so for me all was good.
