신규 오픈한지 얼마되지 않아 비교적 깨끗한 시설.
미케 비치 바로 앞이어서 바다 이용 편리하고 오션뷰 전망은 비교적 좋음.

Cons:

객실 크기가 적고 5성급이지만 편의 시설은 열악함
조식 구색은 갖췄으나 다낭 5성급중 가장 맛이 없음.
포포인츠 쉐라톤이나 페닌슐라 등 다른 곳 보다 가격이 비싼 경우가 많은데 만족도는 낮음.
레디슨 푸꼭 등 다른곳도 이용해 봤지만
레디슨이나 레디슨 블루에 비하여 서비스 수준도 열악하고 쩖음 감성 레드를 표현하기에는 역부족..

Pros:

The bed was comfy, nice view from the window. The hotel gym was rather small but empty when we visited do maybe that's enough ;) The food was quite good for a hotel room service. Staff was polite.

Cons:

Bad smell from the pipes in this kind of hotel and room is unacceptable. The lighting switches were confusing, some worked only when other ones were turned on without any marking which is which.

Pros:

Location was ok. Ramp at front made it better being old and heavy bags.

Cons:

Was not impressed with too much for what is classified as a 5 star hotel.
Lobby area was a bit messy to me and reception staff seemed to be struggling.
Breakfast was quite adequate for westerners but a bit lacking for Vietnamese with no authentic Pho.
Restaurant was closed and we were directed up to the rooftop bar area. Inside the eating area they played horrible music, way too loud and even after asking twice to turn it down it was still annoying. The outside drinks are was fine apart from some horrible plastic chairs.
Staff generally seemed uninterested and insufficient numbers at the breakfast.

1. Tag Glassplitter im Bad in Fußsohle bekommen. Geblutet.. Frontdesk Splitter gezeigt. Sofort nochmalige Reinigung Bad! Sorry von Desk und das war es. 3 Tage waren wir da. Nichts vom Management! Halbpension Abends Red Cesar Salat bestellt. Mit Oliven Schnittlauch hart gekochtem Ei geschmorten und Garnelen.
Was kam? Romasalat mit guter Vinaigrette und 4 Garnelen! Siehe Foto. Auf Nachfrage Antwort: Rest ist in der Vinaigrette! Definitiv Nein!!! Viel Geld für sehr wenig! Nie wieder!! 1 Nacht OK aber nicht länger!!! Ich liebe Radisson aber RED ist billige Abzocke!
