A special thank you to Tonny at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. His warm attitude and helpfulness made a great first impression and really added to our overall experience.
The hotel itself is excellent. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the Da Nang heat. Housekeeping was great and everything felt fresh and well maintained.
Breakfast was also a highlight ! delicious, with a wide variety of choices every morning. There was something different to try each day, and everything was very well prepared.
Сам отель стильно оформлен,на ресепшен работают молодые ребята,было очень долгое заселение,не могли найти чек об оплате,просили оплатить еще раз. Номер в принципе был чист, только на одной кровати на постельном белье было пятно и волос от предыдущих постояльцев, прям было видно что оно свежее,хотя нам сказали что только что номер освободился и его убрали, так как мы заселились поздно ночью персоналу об этом решили не говорить, подумали что на утро будет уборка номера и все поменяют,но ничего не поменяли вплоть до нашего отъезда. В номере есть чайник и не чашки а стаканы, и не совсем понятно как из них пить чай,так как не удобно держать горячий стакан без ручки, так же не было черного чая,только зеленый. Завтраки не вкусные, однообразные, ассортимент скудный. Отель находится довольно далеко,практически в конце береговой линии , пляж не оборудован лежаками, полотенца не дают.
Второй раз в этот отель заселятся не будем, всё таки от отеля уровня 5 звезд ждешь полного комфорта, у нас такого не было к сожалению, заселялись с большими ожиданиями из-за отзывов, но находимся в полном недоумении кто оставил такие положительные отзывы и за что, либо когда-то здесь все было супер но сейчас это увы не так

Krásný moderní hotel na hlavní ulici u pláže. Nádherné výhledy.
Není střešní bazén, takže slunce u bazénu v 5 patře je pouze do cca 11hod. Výhodou je tento bazén za deště. Snídaně hezké ale každý den stejné.
The position, room is ok, swimming pool ok
Breakfast, lift is too slow, and staff is a bit overthought, i asked for i sidouble bad and they give me 2 single beds

Location on the fringe of the strip. Would also caution that although the pool is advertised as outside and appears sunny it is in fact completely covered . Forget any idea of sunbathing next to the pool. Also no hotel options for beds on the beech across the road.
