Wir haben schon einmal eine Nacht im Ariv übernachtet. Da wir nun eine ganze Woche da sein wollten, entschieden wir uns für ein Deluxe Appartement. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Es fehlt eine Nachttischlampe und ein Nachttisch auf jeder Bettseite. Ein grosses Bild steht auf dem Nachttisch, was aufgehängt werden sollte. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen, ebenso fehlen im Eingangsbereich Haken. Der Tisch ist sehr gefährlich. Einfach ein Brett was auf einem wackeligen Gestell liegt. Nicht geeignet zum Essen. Die Lampe neben dem Tisch wackelt ebenso.

There was no clear mention that the property does not have air conditioning. This had a major negative impact on my stay, as the room was warm and uncomfortable. The support team suggested opening the windows, but this was not a practical solution due to nearby construction noise, making it feel as though I was sleeping on the street.
Basic items such as coffee and tea were not replenished during the stay. They were also charged separately, and the amount initially provided for two guests was only enough for one day.
Guests are charged extra for room cleaning, which was disappointing and not clearly communicated in advance.
The support team did not provide effective assistance and instead asked me to come up with solutions for the problems caused by the property.

The ceiling/roof of the room appeared unfinished, with visible marks and exposed ends. This look did not match the rest of the property and created the impression of staying in an unfinished place or a building still under construction.

The mail with the access code came too late: I was driving to Switzerland and was in my car. The phone number provided at the entrance is not in international notation so I had to find the international code for Switzerland to be able to call. The wifi also did not work. In short: it took me 20 minutes to get in. Not the kind of delay you want at 22:00 in the evening and after an 8 hour drive.

No toilet seat on toilet, staff came and replaced it though but didn't fix it to the toilet.
No bedding for sofa beds
Not enough towels
Not enough glasses or cups
No tv in living room.
Construction site building more apartments around so constant power towels etc from 7.45 am
The table in the kitchen isnt fasterd to the legs and sipped off, very dangerous also the units aren't screwed together just sat on top, again very dangerous, especially as it's the family room, these will cause someone a very nasty injury. No teabags, which i though was strange but plenty of coffee .

Das Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Ich bin um ca. 17:00h angekommen und für den Selfcheck-in braucht es einen Code. Leider habe ich keinen Code erhalten. Ich musste insgesamt 2 mal anrufen, damit ich reinkommen.
Di Parkplätze bei der Einfahrt sind nicht gut signalisiert mit dem Hotelnamen. Deswegen habe ich auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen parkiert. Als ich beim Check-in das Kontrollschild eingab, dachte ich, ok, es ist registriert. Eine Stunde später habe ich schon eine Busse von 60 CHF gehabt. Erst beim herumlaufen sah ich, dass es reservierte Plätze gibt. Ausserdem hatte ich Glück, denn es war nur noch einer zur Verfügung

Check in, the cards were not working. We were able to program one card, only later thaw stuff helped to have more cards.
Saturday morning very loud cleaning from early in the morning.
