I believe all complaints are easy to solve. So I hope, this aparthotel will be perfect place to stay

Very nice, modern apartment
Nice staff

Cons:

We were waiting several hours for the third bed (for our child), for the bedclothes, for third set of towels and for socket adapter. It would be great, if everything is ready before guests arrival, as we wanted to have a rest, but had to wait

Besides there was only one adapter for three people

It would be also much better to mention construction side near the facilities, as till late evening and since early morning there is really noisy because of construction machines

Good apartment stay with facilities.
Pros:

The facilities and the people free management of check in and everything else. Felt modern.

Cons:

Cannot control the ac temperature.
The flush had a bit of issue for the first 2 days and as it was weekend no solution was availed.

Pros:

Self check-in worked without any problems, the staff was very helpful during online communication. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is also very quiet, perfect for a business trip.

The personnel-free reception process did not work well for us.
Pros:

It was in Cham near friends, so was convenient for us.

Cons:

Finding the right car park and getting through the personnel-free reception process took us one hour. Some customers who had managed to work it all out kindly helped us. Not clear why our passport needed to be photographed and stored, we have not previously had to submit like this when using Booking.com. The room was a corner room with one side of the double bed up against the wall.
