Grosser Fahrradkeller in der Tiefgarage auch zum Laden von E-Bikes.
Gute ÖV Anbindung mit Bus.

Cons:

Vielleicht liegt es an uns und daran, dass wir etwas „old school“ sind – aber wir schätzen eine Rezeption, an der auch nach 16 Uhr noch echte Menschen anzutreffen sind. Stattdessen setzt man hier auf elektronischen Self-Check-in, offenbar konsequent ausgerichtet auf die Generation Z und jünger.

Bei genauerer Betrachtung vermittelt das Hotel insgesamt eher den Charme einer modernisierten Jugendherberge, ohne dabei die klassischen Bedürfnisse etwas älterer Semester ausreichend zu berücksichtigen.

Das sogenannte Doppelbett ist schlicht eine Zumutung. Wer auf der Wandseite schläft, hat beim Aufstehen die Wahl: entweder über den Partner hinwegsteigen oder – in bester SAC-Hütten-Manier – ans Fussende krabbeln, um das Bett verlassen zu können. Komfort sieht definitiv anders aus.

Auch das Frühstück fällt eher bescheiden aus und bietet weder in Auswahl noch Umfang etwas, das den aufgerufenen Preis rechtfertigen würde.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht. Für das Gebotene ist das Hotel klar überteuert. Ein modernes Konzept allein ersetzt weder persönlichen Service noch Komfort – und schon gar nicht zu diesem Preis.

An ordinary business hotel with all the discomforts highlighted here above

Strong noise outside starting 6.30am - no possibility to ask for a hard pillow - no possibility to watch tv for the bed (blocked by an incredible wooden wall between bed and tv) room 222

Freshly new aparment
Whole facility was very modern with cinema room, meeting room, laundary room and small gym.
Free undergound parking - spaces are limited but we always get free spot.
Good and fast comunication.
Easy self check in.
Nice ventilation even when outside was +35°

Cons:

Pillows - they was awful. They was like empty pillowcase.

It’s good for short stays.
Pros:

We liked that the property had modern interior and there was a private kitchen in the room. The bed was comfortable, kitchen adequetly equipped, water pressure in the shower was nice.

Cons:

The pillowes were bad. The surrounding area wasn’t the nicest and getting there was unpleasant due to construction. The property states that they have a gym, community area and terrace but all are poorly equipped and seems to just be there for the added bonus on the listing.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ariv Apartments & Spaces. The location is convenient with the city center reachable in about a 20 minute walk and a bus stop very close by. Free underground parking is available on a first come first serve basis and pets are welcome for an extra charge of 20 CHF, which worked well for us.

We were initially a bit nervous about the self check in but the WhatsApp messages we received beforehand made everything straightforward and the process went smoothly. There are two iPads for checking in, though when we arrived only one was working.

Our cosy studio was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of storage for two people and a dog, and the kitchenette had everything we needed including a

Die Dachterasse ist ohne Schatten und sehr nüchtern . Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Tisch. Essen war nur auf der Terrasse oder in der Gemeischaftküche möglich. Um das Hotel herum befindet sich eine große Baustelle. Ausschlafen ist nicht möglich

We got awake in the morning with a loud noise coming from the building construction close to the hotel.
Although I booked a hotel room for 2 adults and a seven years old kid, I found a small baby bed only suitable for one years old baby.
The box for napkins was nearly empty.

Pros:

L’appartement était très spacieux et propre. Le Check in et out étaient très simples.

Cons:

Il manquait un lit pour notre enfant mais il a été ajouté grâce au message envoyé par sms. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de place de parc gratuite donc nous avons dû payer 20.- la nuit dans la partie payante du parking sous terrain.
