Satisfatória apesar que o banheiro foi ruim!

Atendimento e localização muito boa!

Cons:

Banheiro desagradável! Cheirava as vezes fossa. Pia do banheiro iniciava gelada e depois só ficava quente. A descarga é atrás do vaso sanitário. Muito desagradável! Enfim.....não gostei do banheiro!
Outra coisa: as tomadas são antigas! Tem que trocar!!!!!!!

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Su ubicación, un lugar excelente para caminar por el monumento a la Revolución y Paseo de la Reforma.
Adicional para poder moverse por la Ciudad de México el transporte público esta cerca (metro, Metrobús, etc.)

The terrace I was placed by was so scary because it was shared with other hotels. I could hear people in the terrace all night smoking.

Vacaciones en el Palace
Pros:

El servicio y la atención del personal, es muy buena, siempre fueron amables y atentos. El servicio a la habitación siempre fue rápido, a diario limpiaron la habitación, la habitación es espacios, fuimos 4 personas en una, el agua caliente al bañar era lo mejor para comenzar y terminar el día, en estás fechas de octubre y la ubicación es la mejor, hay muchos lugares para comer o buscar un taxi por la zona.
