Beautiful room, Beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful location, wonderful attentive staff and lovely breakfast. View from the Queens suite was stunning. The staff even left a surprise for my girlfriend which i had denied, on my request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the durdle door hotel, our room was soo spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It's a shame the hotels restaurant wasn't open and their could be more choice available for breakfast, And a small mini fridge would be an amazing addition to the rooms especially in summer.
The double room was again very lovely and comfortable but very hot and stuffy only 2 small windows available to open but with a big glass frontage to the room even in spring the heat in the room was too much. Maybe a small air con unit would be a good. Addition..

Lovely location for a family trip
Pros:

Perfect location in Lulworth. A few mins from the sea and lovely position to walk over to Durdle Door and along the coastal path. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are other options in the village. Lovely staying in the village for when day trippers leave. We had fab views from the front upstairs corner room.

Cons:

Breakfast is only continental and you pay extra. Not a problem as we went somewhere else. There isn’t parking but the public carpark is opposite and at the time of writing they give a discount so it’s £5 for 24 hours.

Overall we had a lovely stay, however we were disappointed with no heating or hot water.
Pros:

The location was really good. We paid £5 for the car park for each day we stayed.
The room was clean and easily accessible with the dog.

Cons:

We had no hot water or heating for the the evening we arrived and the following morning.

Comfortable stay but the hotel needs renovation if going to charge the prices it does.
Pros:

The location is great and the access to hiking, the cove all good.

Cons:

Too expensive for what you get. The wallpaper in our room was sellotaped on around the window, the bathroom sink wasn’t clean, the shower had a shower curtain and an electric shower which was as good as a garden hose. It needs seriously updating for the price.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful

Cons:

For the price of the room out of season - i would have expected breakfast to be included. Even the breakfast -a continental at £10/person -was not much less than a cooked breakfast in the village which was excellent . In some cases you are charging more than the Castle Inn which has far superior rooms and includes breakfast. So the price really should have been £100 /room max to include breakfast and parking -

A great break in Lulworth. Hotel and service excellent, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great warm reception, friendly and very informative about area and places to eat. Comfortable stay and great room with sea views. Great access to cove and parking.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved.
