The staff were lovely and the location was fantastic
It was a shame that they didn’t offer lunch and supper was only pizzas.

Breakfast was just what we wanted as we were off for an early start. The room was comfortable and clean with nice views of the surrounding countryside, staff were polite and efficient.
Our purpose for coming to the area was to have a view of Durdle Door or, at least a walk on the sand. As we are both disabled neither were possible, not your fault I know, but I think there should be something on your site that mentions all of the steps in and outside of the hotel, these were extremely tiring for both of us, restricting what we could or could not do. If I am honest if we had known about this we would not have booked.

Beautiful location, clean room

Almost everything. Room was fine, clean and just enough for 2 people. Nice and clean bathroom with good shower. We had tea and (instant) coffee in the room and a good TV. Enough space, lovely space. Distance to the beach was 2 min walking. From the front door of the hotel you have a wonderful view. Breakfast, continental, was enough and variety of bread was nice. We liked it! Oh, they also have table games. Staff was really friendly, they had no problem keeping our luggage for a little while after check-out.
Well, it's just a small thing, but I would've liked if they had more to choose from to eat. But then, there is more if you go to the Cafe a bit down the road. Lulworth Cove is a nice small town.
The views were amazing, the staff is very polite and good location
Squeaky floors, poor noise isolation, very late check in at 16:00 and very early check out at 10:00, 6 hours for cleaning seems unreasonable

The shower was freezing cold water did not warm up i kept it running for 10 minutes I know how to use showers as I install them in my business.
The bed was very hard and not comfortable. The English Breakfast had

It was not the best taste also the mushrooms was very spicy and with onion . I normally love spicy food but not for breakfast. I told this to the manager but was still charged for a full breakfast even though I didn’t eat much of it.
I’ve put photo of breakfast on definitely not with the money.
