Pros:

La posizione, vicinissa alla metro, una bella passeggiata e puoi raggiungerw sia la spiaggia che la città dell'arte e della scienza, altrimenti poche fermate di bus. L'appartamento nuovo e comodo e spazioso per 2 adulti e due bambini, la mia bimba si è ammalata in vacanza ed è stato comunque piacevole passare del tempo in casa nonostante tutto. Lo consiglio per una vacanza a Valencia ma anche per viaggi di lavoro o altro, vicino a tutti i servizi nella zona che io amo di più della città anche se non in centro. Marta è stata davvero gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Niente, forse unica cosa è che è poco fornita di stoviglie e cose per piccole pulizie quotidiane . C'è però una lavanderia a gettoni comune.

Me sorprendió bastante al entrar a la habitación pues era enorme, con muchísimo espacio, todo muy limpio y bien ordenado, las camas cómodas, una televisión con un tamaño muy aceptable... todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta y Marta, la chica de recepción, un encanto.

Cons:

Para nosotros fue estupenda la estancia. La única pega que, al no disponer de parking, hay que dar muchas vueltas para poder aparcar pues no es fácil.

A wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect: impeccable cleanliness, excellent organization, quiet atmosphere, and very comfortable beds. The Marítim metro station is right next door, which is very convenient. Special mention to Marta, who was welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. I highly recommend it! 👍

Personale di accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto bello e curato. Non mancava nulla. Posizione ottima in quanto si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Dispone di armadietti dove poter lasciare il bagaglio il giorno della partenza
